As best as we can tell these products are legitimate. Microsoft has activated them every time. We've had a couple of hiccups with product keys not activating the first time or not activating upon a reinstall. (This is the minor exception, not the rule.) AGK has responded everytime and helped us through the process. There has never been a time where we were not able to get a functional key.

All good but you probably had a good reason for sending the aquired purchase Microsoft office 4-5 hours later after the purchase and not immediately. The purchase was straight forward and easy. Installation easy. 👍🏼

I am cancelling my purchase and requesting a full refund for Order #1566384765 (Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac), purchased 2 August 2026. I am exercising my statutory consumer rights on two independent grounds: 1) CANCELLATION WITHIN 14 DAYS Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I have the right to cancel this distance contract within 14 days. I have NOT installed, activated, or used the product, and the digital content has not been consumed. This right is confirmed in your own published Refund Policy. 2) GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND NOT AS DESCRIBED (Consumer Rights Act 2015) The product cannot be activated or used on any currently-supported Apple computer, which makes it unfit for purpose and misdescribed: - The activation key redeemed to my Microsoft account, but Microsoft Office returns - Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac reached END OF SUPPORT on 10 October 2023 and is no longer patched or supported by Microsoft. - It was last supported on macOS 12 (Monterey). My Mac runs macOS 26.5, on which the product will neither install nor activate. - Selling a 2019 Mac Office product in August 2026 — to a customer on a current Mac — is selling goods that cannot be used for their stated purpose. I am therefore entitled to a full refund. Please refund $50 to my original payment method within 7 days, as required by the Regulations and your own Refund Policy (which promises reimbursement within 14 days). If the refund is not processed, I will dispute the charge with my payment provider (goods not as described / not fit for purpose) and report the transaction to Trading Standards, as retailing end-of-life software as current and activatable is a misleading commercial practice. Please confirm receipt and your refund timeline.

Reluctance the first time I used Good Keys, but decided to try them. Shocked at how simple and easy the process was. Pick product, used Paypal to check out. Product key and instructions to download arrived in my email in less than a minute. Logged in and downloaded the product. Installation done, up and running in less than 15 minutes. Have used several times since, every time has been the same..Awesome>>>

The purchasing process went well, although the delivery could be faster. I accidentally placed the order twice, and when I requested a refund, it was processed quickly and without any issues, which I really appreciated.

Key didn't work. I bought another one from somewhere else becuase key was needed for emergency & I didn't have time to go through process with All Good Keys. Now they won't give me my money back even though I have not used (can't be used - doesn't work) the key. I have had to dispoute the credit card transactrion via my bank. Responses from All Good Keys has refused to acknowledge the situation & they insist on my providing them with remote access to my cleint's product ion server which, naturally, I will not do. The contact usa" form on All Good Keys' web site does not work it displays an error message when "submit": is clicked. E-mail responses are rude & deliberately obtuse. If ever there was a scam, it is All Good Keys. Buy your key from womenone else; there are so many others to choose from. The refunds / return policy on AllGoodKeys' web site is a lie. Edit: They have replied & say I refused to send screen-shot of "winver" data. I did this but they say I did not. The "prompt" response came over 7 hours later by which tyime I had used another key bought from somewhere else to get this live production server going again. By the time they asked for a screen-shot of the error the server had been registered with another key for 33 hours & I wasn't about to take the server down again to try their key again just to produce the rror message. These people could have tested the key themselves to see the error. These people are stupid & untrustworthy & the key I bought simply did not work. They are unreasonable & are obvsiously despatrate to keep the AU$69.94 I paid for a key that doesn't work.

Excellent value for money. I’ve purchased 6 server licenses from All Good Keys. They were not expensive and every key validated without any problems. They have become my go to place to purchase Microsoft licenses.

Office Software download easily, keys worked first time. This is the third or fourth piece of software I have purchased from AGK and all have worked with no problems.

I appreciate the product and the price offered which were excellent. Also the customer service was very good - I received responses very quickly to my questions. My only difficulty was in being able to activate the product on my iPad. It took a number of tries with instructions from your technicians to get the program to activate, so I would appreciate if there were something that could be done to make that simpler or clearer. But I must say that the technicians who helped online were excellent and I appreciated their help.
