I think overall it was/will be a good experience
Obviously I can't tell if I will have smooth sailing for the entirety of using the software, but for the most part the process was easy. My only complaint I guess, not sure what other word to use, is that I had never heard of an IMG file and so I didn't know how to open and use the file that I bought in order to install the software. I had to go searching for how to do it. I'm sure that not everybody knows how to use that type of file and so maybe some instructions on how to do that process would be a good idea to include with purchase? Maybe instructions for the various ways to open and run the file and maybe some links to the websites (like 7-zip) that will help open it if mounting it is not an option.....

In the Microsoft Publisher meltdown at the beginning of October I bought a licence for the 2021 Publisher stand alone program without noticing that it would not work with Microsoft 365.
Digital License came to the rescue supplying me with Office 2021 for free which has allowed me continue using MS Publisher with Office 2021 on my old Windows 10 PC; and Microsoft 365 on my new Windows 11 PC.

Great place to buy software!
I have purchased software from Digital License on several occasions. I have not encountered any issues with the purchase or the delivery of the software. In one instance, I had some questions before I purchased an application and their support was excellent! I received a response within 24 hours.

I ran into some issues and started to think it was a scam to be fair, I emailed the support as it was stated in the email to do so if any issues, I got a response same day, same issues still, reached out again and again I received a timely reply, In the end everything sorted and much appreciated.

They are very professional and helpful. If a license key doesn't work, they will replace it within reason. If an error has occurred their response is prompt and they always provide a solution. Definitely recommended.

Great for helping you select a product!
I had several questions about the product I was purchasing. They gave me quick and useful answers that led me to another product that suited my needs more and was cheaper. Win win!

Excellent Support
I was looking for a specific installation of Publisher . Unfortunately, my purchase was not the correct version and the product could not be installed on my PC. Support assisted and even offered an alternate product (at no charge) to help me accomplish my goals. But when that wouldn't help they promptly processed my refund. I will be back for my future licensing needs!

Just installed 2 Offices and AutoCAD without any issues (+++++).
In the past, out of 10 Office licenses, 8 installations went OK, but the last 2, after a period of 6 months since the purchase, didn't work (-).

Legit software and helpful service.
I was looking for a standalone Microsoft Publisher download. I was hesitant because it was in Eastern Europe. When I paid I got receipt almost instantly. And the chat service person helped me to download it. After a few tries, and placing the download link into the address bar, presto! It worked. The support was very patient and helpful. I would definitely purchase again!

The Visio 2024 licence works perfectly.
I did not like that it was not indicated that I first had to uninstall Office 365, install Viso and then install Office 365 again. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere, but I did not see this.
