We have only had the defib for around two weeks, but the process of ordering etc was so straight forward and extremely efficient. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived Tuesday morning. Activating the defib to its standby status was a doddle with clear voice prompts. It's peace of mind for us and we have passed the word around the neighbours. It's also registered with the ambulance service on The Circuit. For under £35 per month rental, it's a no brainer!! All other costs covered. Do not buy one! It does not require any previous medical knowledge, although I'am fortunate having been a trainer with St John Ambulance for very many years, but is so easy to use. Any questions re it's use etc are answered very promptly. I would highly recommend everyone having a defib in the house. What could you do better? Well, the wall mount it comes with is of quite substantial metal construction and for a defib in a home, is not really suitable. A holder of maybe clear perspex or some other minimal design which allows it to be easily accessible, visible & stored securely could improve it. We bought a double hook and it's located in our hall, at eye level. Otherwise, first class all round Thank you to you all Tony Cousins

Very reassuring to know it is a high standard of device and that it will be maintained without the hassle of finding someone to maintain it and remembering to do at the correct intervals. Also reassuring to know it would be replaced should it be found to be faulty. Very good monthly price and saves the big upfront cost of buying one.

A fantastic service, very professional. I used my defib on a patient this week and new pads are on the way to me. If I wanted, they would replace the defib immediately because my current one has been used. I can't imagine a better service, and at a very reasonable cost.

Got mine delivered over two weeks ago. Only took 5 days to Northern Ireland so a good start. LOL. Very easy when reading the instructions and set up was less than 5mins. I like the item and it is my insurance as I have Afib and is good if anything happens to me heart wise. It would be great if it was a bit cheaper on the rental side as there is only me and my wife in the house, but overall everything has been good.

Excellent company that offer defibs at a very reasonable cost and a quality product. Sadly I had to use mine 2 weeks ago which was successful and a full recovery was made. The dilemma I then had, was no pads. I contacted Pulse4All and I received my new set free of charge within 2 days.

Really happy with the quality of the device. There was a slight delay on delivery which they advised and informed me that they would give me another month half price! Very pleased.

I was enquiring about a Philips FRx for my choir . Your customer services personnel, especially Aine, understood my circumstances. She was patient , extremely helpful, did what she said she would do to assist. It was our interaction that more than anything tipped my decision to hire the AED. Oh yes, the Machine does what I need it to.

Fast delivery of a vital piece of kit that should be readily availble across the country. Fast recognition, early CPR, and early AED saves lives. The monthly plan is affordable for many, and receiving a brand new AED with replacement if it's used is amazing. It's one of those things you hope you never need, but will be glad that you have when you do. If you're unsure about using one, ask your local Ambulance Service as they have groups of volunteer trainers who can run training courses for free, or a donation to their group of Community First Responders.

Nothing to say rearly as everything is ok and I was surprised to see how swift the journey from ordering and receiving your equipment was.

Excellent product with very easy to follow instructions with clear guidance. Only downside was bracket provided which was heavy and unwieldy for home installation.

We’ve had a Great service from pukse4all. The defib came with an Easy understandable booklet of instructions on how to use the machine. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Offering lots of support. Highly recommend this company. And the fact you can rent monthly with lots of benefits to that package was a bonus.

Easy to use, instructions are good. Comes in handy case with mounting plate. Would possibly be better with a waterproof case so it could be used by our neighbours but I’ve told them all where it is

Excellent product and definitely a must have, being a retired Paramedic i know all to well the benefits of having one of these in the home or car, just a shame the case was filthy dirty and dusty. Maybe a used item.
