An excellent product all round and great peace of mind for myself and those around me. As a FREC4 medic its important to understand how something so small can make a difference to someones life, friends and family. This is a great business concept that I personall love. For me the delivery was slow and communication was not great. No number to call to find out why it took so long to arrive. Otherwise its perfect.

Took far too long to set up which is contrary to the “just a few days” that you claim.
The direct debit set-up also took over two weeks.
Then the paediatric key wasn’t sent and I had to chase it up. That then took around ten days to arrive. I also got no response nor apology and no indication of delivery times.
Also very difficult to contact by telephone.

Quick and easy to get defibrillator,easy to set up on the circuit did tick the box not to receive the wall bracket which got delivered any,I have the heartstart frx which I carry in my car purchased my own backpack so th keep everything together plus a few extras with we might need if a situation arrises,maybe you could offer a backpack to purchase or lease on your subscription but overall impressed thank you Andrew Hart

A brilliant scheme.
The customer service and delivery was first class. The idea of renting and all that is covered is fabulous. I’d prefer it to be a little more affordable but I’m happy to pay the amount quoted. It will add up over time but you can’t put a price on life.
