That is correct. Your order is unfortunately still in transit, as you can also see in the tracking information. It is currently being processed by customs.
Since Brexit, shipping goods to the UK has unfortunately become more complicated and customs clearance can cause delays that are outside of our control.
We are therefore sorry to see that this delay has resulted in a 1-star review, especially as the order was dispatched by us and the current delay is related to the Brexit / UK customs process.

Your name plastic bottleshop.co.uk is totally miss leading. I placed an order and its had to come from EU. I have extra duty and customs import charges to pay. I am now told that this order is on hold and the boarder. This is a complete disaster and we wouldn't use your company again
