The A2 drawing board arrived quickly. I used drawing boards in my engineering career until ACAD surfaced. I bought this for my daughter, who has become a fashion designer. I'm hoping she finds it easier than sitting at a flat desk. I can't wait for her to use it with the mechanical pencils and leads I bought with it. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered directly to me but to a communal lobby. It was too heavy for me to manage, so I had to wait until someone was willing to bring it up to my first-floor flat.

I hadn't heard of Graphics Direct before, and I wanted some grey scale pro markers, and after a quick Google search they came up, they were reasonably priced and I was pleasantly pleased to find out they are an old established family company here in the UK, I always try and support small businesses, they also plant trees from some of the sale, which was a bonus too. The delivery was quick and the pens are perfect, I wouldn't hesitate to use graphics direct again or recommend them. Oh and if you telephone them with an enquiry, you get an actual human being on the other end, which is quite the rarity these days. All round 10/10 service.

I really appreciated the swift, clear and thoughtful service, amazing packaging so my purchase didn't get bent during transit, the emails letting me know what was happening and when, and if necessary the absolute wonder of being able to talk to a human!!! The product was also great and at a good price! Will definitely return when I need something.

Excellent company to deal with simple to order with very good in keeping me informed on my order with dispatch and tracking, i dropped on a sale and got every thing i wanted at a very good price all together not in bits and bobs. The description of the personal touch is well deserved. I ordered some cutting blades for a mat cutter and the parcel went missing due the poor practice of Parcel Force, not the fault of Graphics Direct. I tried to trace the parcel but Parcel Force refused to help even though the tracking showed it was still in their possession. I raised the matter with Graphic Direct and they couldn’t have been more helpful offering to replace the blades without any problem. They simply asked that we hold on for a couple of days in vase the parcel turned up, to which I agreed. The parcel which should have arrived the day following the order turned up just short of a week later. Graphics Direct could not have been more helpful and genuine in their help and advice. Five stars.

I have given you four stars. I am not rating you on the product and that would be generous if it was just delivery because swift delivery from all sellers is what we come to expect these days. But I am rating you on your website because you were the only place I could find where I could order my marker pens separately instead of in sets of colours I don’t want.

Brilliant customer service. Had next day delivery which was great but I had made an error, unfortunately, and had to return the item. Chris was very understanding about my mistake and explained the returns process. They are a small independent company, please support them.

I liked the fact that the item that was ordered delivered, I really liked that. As far as improving your service all I can suggest is that you offer free cheese. I have a particular partiality for cheese so free cheese would be good.

Ordered foam board a few times now. Top quality product and it always arrives quickly and when they say it will. Good communication so you always know what stage the order is at, and follow up emails from the team are really helpful.

I am very happy with my order it was very well packed. The A2 mountboard from Graphics Direct is slightly thicker and stronger and a step up from Daler - Rowney Graduate A2 mountboard. I would also like to say I will buy more mountboard from this company in future.
