Excellent service
order arrived, on the next day-Monday to Tuesday, was not a big order, came to £26 in all, which was very reasonable, after I priced the same (technical pencil and 3 tubes of leads) with another company in London at £36 plus postage. Saved £14 !!!
Interesting catalogue, but I was rather sorry that nothing else was needed from.
This was a 1st purchase and I would recommend them to all in graphics industry who are their main customers I believe

I was firstly pleased that I could buy a replacement part, rather than having to buy a whole new paper slicer. Secondly, there was an excellent tutorial video on Graphics Direct website that explained how to replace the part once it arrived. Finally, the part arrived quickly and well packaged, with recyclable packaging that wasn't overkill, but kept the part perfectly intact. Highly recommended.
