Excellent company to deal with simple to deal with.
Excellent company to deal with simple to order with very good in keeping me informed on my order with dispatch and tracking, i dropped on a sale and got every thing i wanted at a very good price all together not in bits and bobs. Delivery was free because of what i spent and also very quick ( 2 days ) from ordering. Can recommend this company and i will be buying from again. Thank you to all of the staff @ GraphicsDIRECT.

The description of the personal touch is well deserved. I ordered some cutting blades for a mat cutter and the parcel went missing due the poor practice of Parcel Force, not the fault of Graphics Direct. I tried to trace the parcel but Parcel Force refused to help even though the tracking showed it was still in their possession. I raised the matter with Graphic Direct and they couldn’t have been more helpful offering to replace the blades without any problem. They simply asked that we hold on for a couple of days in vase the parcel turned up, to which I agreed. The parcel which should have arrived the day following the order turned up just short of a week later. Graphics Direct could not have been more helpful and genuine in their help and advice. Five stars.

Excellent Quality Mountboard.
I am very happy with my order it was very well packed. The A2 mountboard from Graphics Direct is slightly thicker and stronger and a step up from Daler - Rowney Graduate A2 mountboard. I would also like to say I will buy more mountboard from this company in future.

order arrived, on the next day-Monday to Tuesday, was not a big order, came to £26 in all, which was very reasonable, after I priced the same (technical pencil and 3 tubes of leads) with another company in London at £36 plus postage. Saved £14 !!!
Interesting catalogue, but I was rather sorry that nothing else was needed from.
This was a 1st purchase and I would recommend them to all in graphics industry who are their main customers I believe
