Excellent service
order arrived, on the next day-Monday to Tuesday, was not a big order, came to £26 in all, which was very reasonable, after I priced the same (technical pencil and 3 tubes of leads) with another company in London at £36 plus postage. Saved £14 !!!
Interesting catalogue, but I was rather sorry that nothing else was needed from.
This was a 1st purchase and I would recommend them to all in graphics industry who are their main customers I believe

I was firstly pleased that I could buy a replacement part, rather than having to buy a whole new paper slicer. Secondly, there was an excellent tutorial video on Graphics Direct website that explained how to replace the part once it arrived.
