The support has been very good.
When issues have been found, the business administrator has been able to fix this. Would be better easier to manage more personnel by adding courses through the portal rather then booking through the website.

It kept freezing on section 12 of the Coshh course and wouldn't let me continue with the course. To improve this the site should provide a keyboard to answer any questions in the course at different sections and sort out the bug that is freezing section12 of Coshh.
