Information online is simple to understand, and the webiste is easy to navigate. All courses are straightforward to arrange and content is as described. When contacting the team for support, they were extremely prompt and helpful

The support has been very good. When issues have been found, the business administrator has been able to fix this. Would be better easier to manage more personnel by adding courses through the portal rather then booking through the website.

Some interesting courses. Good value. The level of the course for management skills award could be added to the cv. E.g. level 3 . Very Pleased with customer service aftercare.
