Very prompt communication once order has been placed and always dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately our last 2 orders have been let down by your courier DPD which never seems to turn up within the time window or gets lost at the depot. Our last order had to be resent as the depot could not locate it after 3 attempts at promised delivery. Tamsin at GPX was brilliant in trying to sort out the problem with DPD and keeping us informed, brilliant member of staff.
