Prompt delivery; secure packaging of the delivered product; excellent quality product (Editions Cotton rag paper, in my case); and friendly, competent staff at the end of the phone whenever I have phoned for an order.

What would Wayne do?
If I'm ever caught in a dilemma my new phrase is going to be 'what would Wayne do?'. What a legend. Bent over backwards to help me and was the most trusting and helpful customer service person I've ever dealt with. What a guy. Might ask him to be best man at my wedding.
