When my framed print arrived, the pins securing the backboard had come out and the picture was not secure. Luckily, no damage had occurred, but I had to carefully resecure the picture in the frame. This was not before I had to remove the remaining pins and take out the print and backboard completely, as frame debris and sawdust was trapped between the glass and the mounting board and needing cleaning out. Oh, and as for the 'glass' it is cheap perspex, which is now scratched and has marring from one wipe with window cleaner and a microfibre cloth. This can be seen in the attached photo as 'halos' around the light. So, overall, pretty disappointed after paying £150 (discounted from £170). I have subsequently paid a further £34 to buy some proper glass, a proper backing sheet (which is missing and needed to prevent transfer from the backboard) and decent mounts. I would not shop here again.

When I ordered my print I thought it was coming from France. When it arrived it had been sent from Germany. There was a invoice included in the delivery with all the correct details except the total price inc taxes & delivery was less than I had been charged. I sent an email explaining this & querying the two different prices. I got a prompt, polite response & someone was going to investigate. I sent several more emails & photos of the invoice for the lesser amount that came with my order. I have now given up & aren’t going to waste any more time on this. We were happy with the print that came well packaged with a certificate. We won’t be buying anything else from them due to the unexplained price discrepancy.

The print is really good quality, great detail and sharp. Frame is mid. Perspecs rather than glass and not taped sealed. Recommend the picture on the archival paper but I would recommend getting it framed at a picture framers.

Very pleased with my purchase. The artwork was carefully packed and surrounded by layers of sturdy cardboard. It arrived on the date given when I purchased the item. It now has pride of place in my lounge.

The photo is fine, although of relatively poor quality, due mostly to its age - the cameras in those days were not as good as the ones now. As a result, I think that the price was on the expensive side for the finished product.

Everything went exactly as expected. I was kept well informed throughout. The photo and frame are excellent! So very pleased, it looks fantastic on our wall. I would certainly recommend and use your service again. The end result was great and has had numerous compliments. Many thanks indeed. .

The picture arrived promptly and was fine. The picture was packaged with protective foam corners and looked good however when I removed the foam I saw the frame was damaged. The foam was undamaged so the frame must have had a big chip in it before the foam went on - very disappointing.

Fantastic final product, good value and smooth delivery

Ordered two prints from here….one James Bond (husband loves a bit of JB and an Aston Martin) and the other was from a favourite film of mine (Leon)…. Really lovely images…just what I wanted as a Christmas present for our new home :) Great service! Thank you team :)

Unfortunately photograph arrived crushed due to poor packaging. A very poor print too, not enough detail in the blacks and overly sharpened.
