Review summary
Most customers are very satisfied with the accurate descriptions and excellent condition of both new and second-hand products. Many also appreciate the competitive and fair pricing, especially for second-hand items. The website is generally considered user-friendly and provides good product details, and customers note the safety and care of packaging and shipping when handled well. Some customers also praise the friendliness and helpfulness of staff when reached, and cases of successful returns and refunds are appreciated. Many customers, however, report frequent and lengthy delivery delays, often without adequate explanation or communication about the status of their orders. Communication regarding order status, delays, and customer inquiries is often poor, slow, or confusing, with customers needing to follow up multiple times. While some have positive experiences with customer service, others find it unresponsive or unhelpful. Problems are also noted with website filtering, payment, account management, and inaccurate stock or order status. Additionally, some face slow or unclear processing of returns and refunds, experience value for money concerns in specific cases, or encounter inadequate packaging protection and unreliable delivery companies.

Top camera with service, but the path to get there could be better.
I am happy with the new camera body that I was able to purchase second-hand at a good price. Upon receipt, I was also surprised by the condition of the camera, it looks almost new. Another surprise was the new carrying strap and also a charger that I did not expect. Top!
But not 5 stars because I think there should be more clarity in the refund process for trade-in equipment and in the shipping process of the camera body. Both only after more than a week and in that week no forecast, that doesn’t feel right. So, room for improvement.

delivery time too long, customer service just okay.
I ordered an item that was advertised as "Ready for immediate shipping" and "Delivery time 1-3 business days", but it was actually only shipped after 2 weeks. Due to the long delivery time, I wanted to return the item. I reached out several times, but only after about 2 weeks and 4 attempts did I get a response to my withdrawal. In the end, however, everything worked out, I got my money back, they apologized, and I received an unconditional voucher without a minimum order value as compensation.
Even though everything didn't go smoothly, I have the feeling that the problems were taken seriously - and that is the most important thing. Therefore, I adjusted my review.

Shipping did not go well
It turned out that the shipment was an evening delivery. This was not clear. I had provided the business address and the courier was in front of a closed gate. He called me politely to say he couldn't deliver and informed me that I would receive an email to enter another delivery address. I never received this email. After a week I contacted you. I heard nothing until yesterday when I received an email stating that the courier had returned the shipment. I responded with the correct delivery address but have not yet received anything about a new shipment.

Monitor arrived after 2-weeks, good condition. EU only plug.
First things first, BenQ M270S monitor arrived in good condition, in the original manufacturer packaging only. It took almost two weeks (I live in UK) and although it was a 'co.uk' site, it did not come from here - it came via EU (Netherlands?). This means it arrived with only a EU plug, not a 3-pin UK. They could improve their communications if they want 5* reviews, and I was told here was a delay in delivery due to a systems change. Hmm, I did see some other reviews discussion delays to delivery...

Good, processing could be a little faster.
A Vortex Crossfire scope was ordered, unfortunately it was defective in the eyepiece and I returned it after discussing by phone. However, the seller is not to blame. The second one was fine and without faults. What was not so great was that in both cases the specified delivery date was delayed by 2 days, even though you could select it on the shipping page. Replies via email took quite a long time. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

Correct price but poor customer service
I bought a camera bag on Photospecialiste.fr at an interesting price, as it was a clearance item announced as in stock.
However, five days after my order, I still hadn't received any delivery tracking information and my order had even disappeared from the tracking in my customer account. This situation naturally raised some concerns.
I then contacted customer service three times via the site's form, without initially getting a response. Eventually, I received the order ten days after placing it.
The most regrettable part is that the customer service response arrived only five days after the package was delivered, simply to confirm that it had been delivered.
Conclusion: an attractive price and an order finally fulfilled, but poor customer follow-up. The lack of communication and absence of visibility on the order's status made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

I bought a refurbished Canon Eos 90D and was initially a bit doubtful. After thoroughly reading all the details and the so-called signs of use, I chose the one titled 'like new', but was still a bit cautious. When it was delivered, I must say honestly as it is, the camera is barely used, let alone signs of use, and has under 10,000 clicks on the counter. After testing everything, I can only say one thing: Super deal! Right out of the box and then my favorite workhorse in such good condition and at such a nice price... I'm glad I took the step with Kameraexpress. They really do what they say on their site.

Friendly customer service, packaging could be improved
The order did not arrive initially due to an error in the address numbers. However, the customer service was very friendly, and there were no discussions about who made the mistake. I received the lens again after it was returned to Photospecialist. This took over a week in total.
I was not entirely satisfied with the packaging of the not-so-cheap lens. It was in its outer packaging but with little padding and quite loose in the package. Luckily, it seems to have survived the transport.

Incorrect info on website, no communication about it. But handled correctly.
Ordered a printer that was listed as in stock on the website and available the next day. The next day, I had not received a message, and the order was marked as 'processed' but also 'not shipped'.
The following day I contacted them myself and was told the website wasn't up to date due to reorganization. Sorry. I requested a refund and canceled the order. Luckily, I got my money back quickly and correctly.

The delivery was prompt and of good quality. However, I made a significant mistake. Due to several unauthorized debits on my account, I went to my bank. During the investigations conducted by the bank, unfortunately, in addition to the aforementioned debits, the amount for your delivery was also included in this list. Of course, the payment of € 24.99 to you is entirely justified. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. Naturally, you will refuse the refund request that will be sent to you. If necessary, I will contact you again. This fiasco caused by me will not occur again.
Best regards - Christian Büttner

Recently bought a second hand Sony Cybershot camera and so far very pleased with the product. The camera was exactly as shown in the photos and truly in new condition, properly serviced and worked like new for significantly less than a new one. With the warranty that Kamera Expres gives, you go for assurance and a nice combo of sustainability and cost savings.

Canon 7D mk2
The camera, a second-hand Canon 7D mk2, was in perfect condition. BUT: this camera offers many options for "self-programming" the function buttons. I have been photographing since 2007 with "Canon-Digital.. 5D & 6D"; however, it took me 2 days (at 5 hours/day) to get the "autofocus" working in all settings... Even the "copyright settings" of the PREVIOUS owner were still saved in the camera... It would have saved me a lot of time if the camera had been "reset" to factory settings... Hence the acknowledgment...

One small downside
I went to the location to buy an item, but unfortunately, it was no longer in stock. That can happen, no problem. What I did find disappointing, however, was that after being told the item was out of stock and that the staff member didn’t know when it would be back, I was not further assisted. For instance, no suggestion was made to order the item for me, and it was not indicated that I could order it online myself.
That's why 4 stars. If there had been a bit more consideration for a solution, it would have been 5.

the delivered device turns out to be in better condition than announced. \nUnlike competing sites, the number of triggers is specified, allowing for an assessment of the intensity of use (even if the use of the electronic shutter is not documented).\nImprovement point: The delivery process is long due to the change of carrier at the border. Tracking in France is impossible. The service provided by Colissimo is poor (no tracking, delivery date not respected, impossible to contact the agency).

Incomplete delivery, despite multiple requests no communication except receipt confirmation
The order contained two copies of the item. Invoice and deduction were processed for 2 copies. Likewise, the shipping confirmation. However, the undamaged delivered package contained only a single copy. Despite multiple requests, there was no feedback on whether a second copy would be sent, or if only one was shipped by mistake or due to lack of availability. The purchase price for the second copy deducted via PayPal was also not refunded. Serious and reliable is different.\nUpdate. After another week and a negative review here, there was finally a notification that the goods would be resent. The second part of the order has since been received. Nevertheless, communication in partial deliveries could be improved. Hence, now 3 stars.

3 out of 5 stars because:
1. Although I live in Walloon Brabant and I'm Italian, all the communication sent by the site is in Dutch....
2. Major difficulties contacting the customer service. No response to emails, by phone almost impossible unless you call a store directly. Then we are transferred to a customer platform.
3. Not very happy with the purchase as the ad stated: some signs of wear. Totally understandable, but in reality we find impacts (not wear), deep scratches as well as scratches on the protective glass. I haven't had time yet to thoroughly test the lens.
To summarize, enthusiastic at the start, mixed feelings, even very mixed

Great except for one detail: top seller!
+: The beautiful lens was in perfect condition, looks like it came straight off the shelf, unused and as described on the website. The cover was also included, which is great for such a heavy lens. There was bubble wrap around the lens that was in its case.
-: The cardboard box containing the lens could move freely inside the outer cardboard box. That could be improved.

Reliable.
I bought a used Nikon lens online for the first time without having seen it. The advertisement stated that there would be light signs of use. However, the lens looks as new and was delivered quickly with a 12-month warranty.\nA tip, the lens was sparsely packed in the box, leaving too much empty space, causing it to move back and forth.

The camera and the lens are in top condition!!!
But the delivery, everything except the device, box completely dented, now the lens, bpost leaves the box on the sidewalk, doesn't knock 😏
and we were sitting on the couch
He was about to leave, I open the door, he gets scared, I say you didn't knock, nothing, there's a note saying if not home deliver to the neighbors 😡
This is a lot of money, really zero point zero the delivery, very sad, who is responsible if it gets stolen from the door if we are not home, it's paid and everything, come on, this can't be 😡😡😡

Everything was fine with the product. It was just the communication about the delivery that went wrong. I received an email stating that the delivery was delayed. And that they didn't know what the reason was. Then I received an email from the supplier that my package was ready in the parcel locker. So the product was delivered on the agreed date, without delay. It would have been a five-star rating if the communication about the delivery had also been fine.
