Always had a superb service and their products are first class had my last iPad Pro cover for five years constant daily use so nothing wrong with Zugu but unfortunately it was the courier company FedEx that didn’t deliver it to my address they said it was signed for by me three hours later l had all the trouble trying to locate it .a little old lady delivered to me said it was in with her delivery! So l gave Zugu five star because there products and customer service are superb shame l can’t say the same for Fedex.

The previous case I swapped for this offers same value and more for 1/3rd of the price.
I bought this based on review, and because the previous case I used from a different seller didn’t come in pink.
It’s very difficult to handle/carry around while working, only good for stationary. Risk of slipping out of hand while mobile as one tries to avoid touching/putting pressure on screen, which my previous case offers advantage over this for.

Having had a ZUGU case for 3 years without any issues I decided to purchase another one for my wife's new iPad Christmas present.

The case is solid, functional, the man=genetic stand positions are great, the materials are a great, the pen holding options are brilliant. However, it is annoyingly heavy, given a key enemy=ent of the iPad is how light it is. So this stings a little. If I’d bought off Amazon I probably would have sent it back.
