Placing the order was easy, and free carriage was good, but when I put in the first line of my address the screen became slightly confused and flashed red warning boxes on the rest of the address panels.

A previous order was cancelled when I queries about cancelled ONE element. Now there is doubt that we will receive this laptop in time. Poor customer service!!!! Please explain properly what the options are and then ask the customer how they wish to proceed rather than decide on their behalf and not tell them! I have now paid the same amount £1211 for a lesser package, losing £60 in value - not happy. I buy a laptop a month for work but don't see why I should be back after this experience.

Lifesavers!

There was essentially half off because of Black Friday Guarantee which made the purchase actually possible. My laptop is my lifeline and when my charger suddenly gave up yesterday I thought I was screwed. We’re a low income family so having the replacement be unexpectedly affordable was just a blessing. I mean the website was easy and quick to use and everything which is probably more the answer you’re after, but the thing that truly made it excellent was surprise discounts so there you go!

The 3 way compare view was really helpful. Looking forward to receiving my new monitor. My previous acer monitor lasted well over 10 years with EXTENSIVE use and I'm hoping this one will do the same! Got a great discount in the sale too :D

This deal I got was a big saving on Curry’s where I just looked at and went to the store. Curry’s didn’t have in stock. I was about to order online when I checked Acer direct. I even got the Office 360 and it was still cheaper.
