I have already ordered 2 software products and the licenses were promptly sent by email for both products. Activation worked without any issues. Before I ordered, I contacted it-nerd by phone to clarify some things. It was remarkable that an extremely competent interlocutor on the other end of the line was able to answer my inquiries to my fullest satisfaction. One thing is certain: I have certainly not bought the last product from it-nerd. From me, the company receives an absolute recommendation.

Great service and accessible through all possible means of communication (WhatsApp, phone, email, etc.). I have already purchased 2 software products and the license key was sent to my email address within a minute. The subsequent activation of the product was seamless. In case of problems, a phone call helps, where competent company employees are available to assist. The website is clearly structured and by entering the search term, you quickly find your product. A truly outstanding team behind this company. From me, a very clear recommendation if you are looking for various software products.

Everything went very well. I received the access data in about 60 minutes. At Avast, I would have paid around 40 euros. Here only 13 euros. I can only recommend it.

Fast, professional handling Could continue my installation within minutes. Good price. What more do I want?? Hence 5 stars

I like that it always works smoothly and reliably. It might be a bit more expensive in some areas, especially regarding used licenses, but on the other hand, there are real people who help you with a replacement if something doesn't work as intended. You can trust this shop!

Tested VPN in China and Japan, it worked, but I canceled it after 3 weeks for age reasons and received a refund. 30-day trial. The cancellation is nerve-wracking, a simple email is only accepted after a protest letter, the official part is difficult and complicated for older people if you're not a professional including the English language.

Fast delivery by mail, uncomplicated download. Everything worked perfectly without problems. Also cheaper than most other providers. Anytime again.

We had to use the it-nerd24 support for license activations. Our experience was absolutely positive. There were quick responses, and they continued until the problem was solved. This is how exemplary support works! With this very good experience, we are happy to continue purchasing our software from it-nerd24.

Needed a decent Windows 11 Pro license on short notice. Fast delivery, key works, proper invoice. Exactly what I wanted.

On 01.07.2026, I bought the VPN license "Surfshark one" for the price of €62.95, see attachments. Unfortunately, the software did not work after download, and I contacted the support of it-nerd24. Unfortunately, the support did not work - Ms. Alina Kowalski. The second support - Mr. Patrick Zimmer - recommended a remote maintenance appointment: The remote maintenance on 02.07., from 11.40 to 11.55 a.m., where a Mr. Kaiser tried to activate the license on my notebook for 15 minutes, also failed. On 02.07. at 2:49 p.m., I received another suggestion from Mr. Patrick Zimmer to click the "Hold Dir jetzt" button in order to call up another Surfshark one license offer and enter my email address. This was already in the "EMail" field, and the "Gutscheincode" field was also filled! Thinking that the support of it-nerd24 had initiated this, and the code would be applied when I proceeded to PayPal and pay, I then inadvertently bought a second license for the price of €163.22. I probably made a mistake. Unfortunately, I did not receive, as with the payment of the first license €62.95, neither an order confirmation nor terms and conditions nor an invoice by mail. I also don't know why the amount is so high, as "one" is offered at it-nerd24 for €62.95 for 24+3 months. The support of it-nerd24 recommended in another mail to ask you, Fa Surfshark, if one of the two payments would be refunded to me. In any case, I have now paid 226 euros and do not have any VPN license at all!

Very reliable, great selection and excellent service. Stay as is, it can't be done better.

The key for the software arrived a bit later than stated in the description, but within a few hours, so everything is okay. I have only had positive experiences with it-nerd so far.

Delivery and goods - everything was problem-free and fast!

The website is very well organized and self-explanatory. The handling of my order went smoothly.

I am very satisfied. The code was sent very quickly and the price is also okay. Gladly again.

Fast and reliable. Bitdefender Family works.

Inexpensive software is often difficult to install and, in some cases, unusable. This affordable offer worked well and was quick to install. There is no criticism.

Easy to order! Works perfectly! Gladly again!

Service was very fast, but the problem could only be solved with Acronis support.

Very simple ordering process. Reliable
