Used Canon 5D MK III received exactly as described, well packed delivered quickly. Very happy with this item.
I will mention that as with any used items there can be small issues, but that's not the fault of the seller. In my case I had to order replacement rubber side port covers as one of mine tore off when I tried to spin in out of the way ... this is due to rubber aging and is easily repaired with parts for 5D readily available on eBay or AliExpress as it's such a popular camera model.
This was the one and only issue and is something that can happen with any old item. It doesn't affect my opinion on the excellent service and wonderful camera I received, so I can only give 5 stars to Castle Cameras. Thank you!

delivery was quick, however before ordering I asked the online chat if the item could be mounted on a tripod and was told it was a standard 1/4 20 thread so i ordered a tripod mount. when the item arrived there was no such mounting point which meant i wasted £20 on something that has no use :/
my advice, sort out the sales people giving incorrect information.

Last minute order - excellent service and prompt delivery
I had ordered the binoculars from Amazon originally and they failed to deliver them twice when they said they would so I contacted Castle Camers and spoke to a lady called Deborah, she checked they had them in stock and advised me to purchase online. She actually kept the product with her and waited for my purchase and had them sent promptly - what more could you ask for!

Above and beyond service from castle cameras
First class service from castle cameras. Heading to South Wales from Shropshire for a photograph/camping weekend. I realised, as I was about to leave, I'd lost a battery. I phoned castle cameras and asked if I buy a battery, would they be kind enough to put it on charge and I'd collect on my way through as I was camping with no facility to change it myself. They were happy to do so and a few hours later I pick up my full charged battery. Just wish I had a camera shop as nice and well stock as this closer to home!
