I bought this for my son as he is working on his final uni project and waiting for the university's printers were causing him a lot a stress as it was becoming difficult to book them. He has used this printer multiple times now- he found it easy to set up and it produces excellent quality 3D prints. I thoroughly recommend this printer - it is excellent value giving excellent results.

Where to begin?! I made my order at about 11:45pm on a Wednesday evening, order appeared to go through twice, called the next morning and everything was sorted out swiftly from the top quality customer service. My order was supposed to be a preorder but whilst on the call they informed me that my order would be shipped that day and arrived promptly on the Friday morning.

I recently purchased two Polymaker PolyDryer Docks and Boxes from 3DPrima.co.uk and couldn't be happier with my experience. My 13yr old Grandson is absolutely over the moon bought as a Christmas present for him and we allowed him to have it early. It has gotten him off his devices and back doing things he loved pre covid which is making and building things. I was doubtful at first as I knew very little about 3d printers, but seeing the look on his face the excitement and how animated he is designing and making family little gifts even the dog has a new dog tag. Best buy by far.

The biggest positive for me was there was no messing around I ordered based on the item being available at a certain time granted the item was delayed by two days because of customs but there were open and honest about it can't fault them

It went together easily and worked perfectly. However l think the assembly instructions could do with a caution regarding how easy it is to break the location lugs when assembling the wiring plugs on the base of the machine.

I missed the first day they (Fedx) attempted due to not receiving a confirmation email of my delivery date therefore I had to wait 3 more days for the printer

Fast delivery amazing quality machine. If I had to give a little negative I ordered 8 spools on a second purchase, I paid full price but later realised in the offers I could have had them reduced because of how many I ordered. It would have been nice if someone had pointed this out.

I had a query before ordering which was answered very quickly. Once I placed the order I was quickly contacted because I'd accidentally put my email address in the phone number box of the order page, and this was all resolved quickly enough as to not delay the shipment at all. Overall this experience made me feel very confident in 3D Prima if I ever need anything else from them

Ultra fast next day delivery on a major item which was out of stock at the manufacturer. Additionally ordered a second item on a Friday and expected next working day delivery but arrived Saturday morning. Brilliant service.

I’ve ordered three times from 3d prima as it’s always has very competitive pricing and on two occasions excellent delivery service and customer support. I did have one negative experience were it said next day at time of placing the order. However later that day the stock did change to up to 7days. I waited 3 days and contacted them to be told my order was on hold as my payment hadn’t been successful! (This was on live chat and the funds had left my account at time of placing the order) when I questioned it I was told he couldn’t help me any further and I needed to email the company. I called them instead as I wanted an immediate response to be told the item was out of stock and was due in Friday and my order hopefully would go out the same day. This was no problem I can except stock issues. Monday the order still hadn’t been dispatched but a label had now been created I was told it didn’t go out due to the courier’s van being full. So 11 days after I ordered the printer arrived. Fingers crossed this was just a glitch as previous and since orders have been next day.

The quality of service James gives. He has time to answer questions and email back quickly. The reason I have purchased my new Snapmaker U1 from 3D Prima. This is the reason because of the quality of service James Bell gives.

Been a long time since my purchasing machine from them, but this was an offer to good to miss, the filament petg hf is brilliant just make sure you dry for 8 hours. Perfect prints from a enclosed container.
