I actually really liked this cable for a long time. It worked well with my Quest 3S and I was genuinely happy with it until connection problems started happening later on.\n\nSadly, even the replacement cable did not fully solve the issue on my setup, so I suspect it might be some kind of compatibility or power-management problem with my PC, USB controller, or maybe newer Quest/Link updates. I found another workaround in the meantime using a different cable setup with external power, which works perfectly for me.\n\nThat being said, VortexVR support was very friendly, patient, and professional. They took the issue seriously, asked for details, and even sent me a replacement cable. I really appreciate that.\n\nSo while the cable currently does not work properly for my specific setup anymore, my overall experience with the product before the issue and especially with the support was still very good.

Well made product, but didn't work for what I needed it for. I was looking to connect my Blackstar amp to my PC so I can use my the software for it. I have a 3M cable which works so I know the amp works, but I needed a longer cable. Unfortunately this doesn't work for what I originally purchased it for (USB device not recognized error), but you can tell it's a well made product.

Was a bit sceptical with the price being what it was and there being very little in the way of reviews, needless to say my headstrap and spare battery both turned up a few days after ordering them so, all good, cheap, fast delivery - what else could you want?

Item arrived as promised. As this is a birthday present it hasn't yet been used but I know it's exactly what he wanted so there should be no problem. Delivery was on time, packaging very good.

My son put it together effortlessly and is very happy with it! His VR headset fits on it easily. He only found it unfortunate that his controllers only fit without additional parts. He usually has the magnets for the rifle attached to it.

Quickly delivered and well packaged. Of all the cables I've tested so far, this is the second one that actually charges the Quest during use. And it's the only one that charges without an additional connection, wonderful! The cable, and of course Vortex, receive my unconditional recommendation.

No better experience outside of a Genie magicking product into your lap. Strange as it may sound, you can summon a technogenie by inscribing arcane glyphs on two pieces of toast with dribbled brown sauce. But you don’t need to, because you’ve got VortexVR

The product seems top notch but it’s a shame the delivery turned up late for my son’s birthday. It said it was a Uk company yet it came from Poland

The best feature of the headset is just how well it sits on my head. I do not feel it at all and it is absolutely amazing. If anyone is unsure about the Vortex head gear don't be just buy it and thank me later.
