I ordered a mobile phone. GSMnet emailed me to double check if I would still want the item as I would have to pay the customs charge because I lived in the UK. I replied and asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They did this no questions asked and refunded me the same day. Excellent customer service in my opinion.

The product as a Plugin th Pintshop Pro is excellent. But it was so very difficult to find the correct place on your site for the correct item to download.

Postage took 10 days to the uk which seemed rather long when waiting for a part to mend my phone. Also the part description is misleading- it does fit my phone but it doesn't come in the frame that the screen is attached which the nokia part does. I only bought it because it said it would fit & the genuine nokia part was out of stock everywhere but really this is not a suitable item to replace a nokia g42 screen because if you want to use this you have to smash my screen off the old frame after you have dismantled all the parts of the phone first & then try to stick this screen on before then replacing all the parts back into the phone. If the correct nokia replacement screen part had been in stock I would have been able to do the repair a lot more successfully & wouldn't have had to order some special tape to stick it together either. This should not be sold as a screen replacement for nokia g42 in my opinion as it is not suitable for a home repair job. Either that or make it clear on the description that it is not suitable for home repair!

When I ordered it states 1 to 2 days express delivery 12.99 to the UK and 4.99 3 to 4 days standard delivery so I paid 12.99 and got a delivery date of 9 days later so I asked and they said I've paid standard delivery which is 12.99 but the website clearly states what I've said so they are not being honest like they don't want you too know the company is not UK based they are in Romania and that's where your goods are coming from so if they are not honest about the shipping it makes you wonder about the order am I getting what I payed for I'll wait to see in 9 days

Absolutely stunning service

The website is marked as .uk but is actually based in Romania. The products sold (e.g. electrical plugs) are suited to the European market and this is not specified in the product description. Also relevant to UK market, there is an inflated custom charge to be paid by the buyer which is not made clear in the transaction. Whilst may be a good e-commerce site for the European market, it is mis sold as a .UK website due to hidden costs. Having learnt this the hard way, I asked for an order cancellation and refund which thankfully was honoured prior to despatch. Hope this helps.
