Service Received was Apalling

Ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra in 'Good Condition' what arrived was far from good condition as the phone had obviously not been cleaned, nor inspected as they state all of their phones are before they are despatched. Not only was the screen badly scatched but several of the camera lenses were too which would have impacted on the quality of any photos taken. They approved the return but when they came to refund the deducted the cost of the delivery . When I contacted them again I told them that under the Consumer Rights Act it was the sellers responsibility to pay any postage for return due to misrepresentaion etc and instead of agreeing they argued with me for several emails before finally repaying it when I told them i would contact my card issuer and do a Section 75 claim for the remainder if it was not paid as it was the Law. Someone less clued up would not realise this, so would definitely not recommend this company. Please stand your ground as the Law is on your side.

Sold me a lemon. Bought a refurbished "Pristine" graded replacement for my phone to find the battery has passed its lifespan. Review kept at 3 stars to prevent it being removed or reported as spam.

Bought an iPhone in pristine condition (I’d expect it to be near new condition) but it turned out the screen was replaced with cheap aftermarket screen. I was charged for delivery and also for the return of the phone.

Order taken but then cancelled without explanation

I placed an order for a hard disk from this supplier because they provided a very keen price. When I enquired two days later how long delivery would take, the order was cancelled without any explanation or apology. From this one experience I would say that they may offer good prices and take your order, but they may not actually have the products. Would avoid in future.
