Hello, thank you, it went well.
Just that the procedure for the order is delicate in itself.
we pay and only afterwards we receive the proof. And it would be good to keep the confirmation by email or phone by a human because sometimes it is impossible to access our account to validate. We had this issue last week.
So thank you to the people who helped me. Best regards, Serge.

A big thank you, Serge, for your positive comment and your feedback on the difficulty you encountered, which will allow us to enlighten readers.
A good dozen orders are validated online every day by our customers on the FRANCE shop. The tests and statistics conducted constantly show that 99.99% of orders record correctly on the site by these users. Our research, following customer reports who, like you, found themselves in difficulty, have shown the following things, which could be useful to you and which are independent of our operation:
- Quotes and orders must be validated on the site via a PC and not by smartphone since there is no app available at the moment.
- Ensure you are in the FRANCE shop.
- If there are multiple unsuccessful login attempts, the system temporarily blocks access.
- Change browsers if necessary.
- Clear your browser’s cache.
If despite these recommendations you remain in difficulty, of course, contact us by email, and we will get back to you quickly during our opening hours (Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm).
Again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide this clarification. Best regards, GOBOSERVICE FRANCE.

Great gobo manufacturer
Great, very friendly support, fast order processing, fast delivery, very good quality, as far as I can judge. Very well packaged, as it is very fragile. Instructions in all languages. Simply top!

The last gobo arrived with a crack. But it's not serious, it does the job for a one-night show.

A huge thank you for your 5 stars 🫶! We are sorry to hear that the gobo arrived in this condition despite our rigorous quality checks before shipping. When this happens, please immediately send us a clearly visible front and back photo of the gobo by email. This allows us, in most cases, to identify the reason and act accordingly. Best regards, The entire GOBOSERVICE Team.\n

The price of the gobo attracted me, but alas the transport price shocked me, not to mention the taxes upon arrival.\nThe gobo which originally cost only 55€ excluding VAT\ncame to 170€.

A big thank you for taking the time to post your message. Indeed, DHL Express shipping costs for overseas territories are more expensive and we do not make any profit from them. Customs clearance fees may also apply. For those living in such territories, like in your case La Réunion, it should be known… Before manufacturing the gobo, we transparently provided you with the additional shipping costs so that you could make the legitimate decision to accept or decline the order, which if declined, would have been fully refunded. We hope, however, that the received gobo has given you complete satisfaction. Sincerely, the entire GOBOSERVICE Team.
