High standard of customer service.

I cannot praise the service given by Craig at OTIC. Especially since I sent a message regarding a product via a well known auction site at around midnight, expecting to receive a response later in the morning, but got a response within minutes. Craig advised to purchase direct, which was very beneficial. Great experience all around. As far as the product that I purchased, the Shanling M5 Ultra was an “Open Box” item. Received in excellent condition. It’s my first ever experience using a DAP, I have to say, the build and sound quality, is excellent. If you’re looking for high quality audio and great service, check out OTIC, see if they have what you’re looking for. Purchase with confidence.

My first OTIC purchase.

A month ago I preordered my first DaP (fiio 21) I was unsure how long it would take to arrive so I reached out to ask when it was expected to ship. I received a quick and friendly reply with the answer to my query. Once the product had arrived in the country for shipping. It wasn’t long before shipped and I have received it promptly within a few days. The product also came with an additional case and extra screen protectors. Which I was a pleasant surprise. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would recommend OTIC to anyone else looking to get into the hobby or anything similar.

When I ordered my amp (a pre-order), it took a long time to get any sort of response from OTIC. Presumably they were out of office for the week. In my humble opinion, they should set up email auto-responses for this so their customers aren't left hanging when this is the case. Anyway, after they returned, they were super quick to respond to my support inquiries and dispatched my item as soon as they received it.

Excellent from start to finish

Stock was on pre-order, although I was informed by CS that one was left in stock as inventory was incorrect, so I ordered on 29/07 and received it with messages from DPD every step of the way and received on the 31/07. Brilliant service from OTIC and DPD and I couldn't be happier with the item I received. The only thing I would say to possibly do better, is to check inventory more often, but we are only human after all and mistakes do happen 😁.

My third order from OTIC, an early pre-order for a new FIIO product that is tricky to get. The service from the team, in terms of providing updates and fulfilling a cutom order is excellent. I continue to highly recommend Otic as your source for audiophile products.

Initially had a problem with address form as it would lose part of my address after hitting enter even with using post code option. I've had this before with other companies that use this particular billing company with items not being delivered due to incomplete address so even though no one else had it in stock I abandoned order. Craig then got in touch by email and after explaining problem he was able to fix problem at his end. Item arrived on time as promised even pre order arrived week later with correct address. Big thank you to Craig for reaching out as i would still be waiting as every one else is still pre order

On the info on the site it was 3 to 5 working days for delivery, after 10 working days I got in touch, no response. Not good customer service! Ordered on November 29th received today December 29th wouldn’t have been a problem if I had known it was going to take 4 weeks! Packaged well no other problems.

FiiO M21

I ordered a FiiO M21. Otic had a good price, and delivered as soon as stock in the UK was available. They are dealing with a return due to a faulty, which was not their fault. So far the after sales customer services has been great. My experience with FiiO, less so. Hopefully all will be resolved soon.

6.99 for standard delivery jokers avoid

I ordered the FiiO sr11 which weighs about the same as a pack of cheese and onion crisps and there charging £6.99 for delivery it’s been 7 working days and my order has not arrived what a joke and also because I paid using Apple Pay there was no option to enter the discount code so to take the cake even further I don’t even save any money there I’ve tried contacting them several times to cancel my order no response I could’ve got my money back and ordered from somewhere else by now. Absolute joke company I would avoid them at all costs.
