I cannot praise the service given by Craig at OTIC. Especially since I sent a message regarding a product via a well known auction site at around midnight, expecting to receive a response later in the morning, but got a response within minutes. Craig advised to purchase direct, which was very beneficial. Great experience all around. As far as the product that I purchased, the Shanling M5 Ultra was an “Open Box” item. Received in excellent condition. It’s my first ever experience using a DAP, I have to say, the build and sound quality, is excellent. When I ordered my amp (a pre-order), it took a long time to get any sort of response from OTIC. Presumably they were out of office for the week. In my humble opinion, they should set up email auto-responses for this so their customers aren't left hanging when this is the case. Anyway, after they returned, they were super quick to respond to my support inquiries and dispatched my item as soon as they received it.

Helpful people, always answer any questions you need assistance with. Everything comes packaged well, with prompt shipping and as described . Always a quality experience.

On the info on the site it was 3 to 5 working days for delivery, after 10 working days I got in touch, no response. Not good customer service! Ordered on November 29th received today December 29th wouldn’t have been a problem if I had known it was going to take 4 weeks! Packaged well no other problems.

Good product dm13 filo cd player

I ordered the FiiO sr11 which weighs about the same as a pack of cheese and onion crisps and there charging £6.99 for delivery it’s been 7 working days and my order has not arrived what a joke and also because I paid using Apple Pay there was no option to enter the discount code so to take the cake even further I don’t even save any money there I’ve tried contacting them several times to cancel my order no response I could’ve got my money back and ordered from somewhere else by now. Absolute joke company I would avoid them at all costs.

Telling customers about when i pre order should be with them and if there are delays then tell the customer dont wait for the customer to have to contact you,my order was coming from china but i ordered some other things from fiio them selves and they arrived in less than two week, lets face it its not that you had to wait for fiio to release the item it is just you dont have it in stock

Prompt despatch, as described, would definitely use again.

Left for Xmas . No notice . Failed to deliver before Xmas. Poor communication.
