Delivery speed is often noted as fast and reliable, and the ordering process is generally described as simple and straightforward. Some customers also report positive experiences with responsive and helpful customer service. As a follow up to my previous review, they landed on the 9th business day. I did expect two pairs of seat pads, how you read the add I suppose. The padding is excellent but hasn’t filled all the creases just yet (day 2) the comfort is good, obvs minus 1 star as not the best value for money.
Not tested the waterproofing just yet. I would like to know how to remove creases?

Outdoor Pallet Sofa Cushions
Shipping was quick, tracking was excellent. Very impressed with the product as it fits exact to the size that I wanted for my DIY Pallet Sofa project. The cushions are comfy to lounge on all day. The sage green colour is an added bonus. Would highly recommend as an affordable option for outdoor furniture.
In order to keep the shape I plump the cushions after every use, and because I did not choose the waterproof option I bring them inside every night. They are very big so make sure you have plenty of storage space if you want to look after them.

Absolutely love the pallet cushions, I made the benches to the measurements of the cushions and they fit perfectly. They are really comfortable to sit and lie in and transformed how we are using our garden area. Great quality and pretty speedy delivery considering they are coming from abroad. Excellent

Great product. One of a few suppliers that offered the width and length combination for our benches. Arrived in good time and after a short period recovered its shape fully having been delivered in a square box. Fabric looks nice and fully in use on the two benches.

Product is fantastic but customer service is not.
The product is fantastic but the customer service is not. Since my purchase I've not heard anything from customer service after asking for a vat receipt on two occasions. If customer service can align with their product then they'd be a great company.

Slow Delivery, Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately for Pokar their courier had a mix up with the item, meaning it didnt arrive on time, this isnt always a reason to give a low score, however on this occasion they were very slow to respond to my emails to the point I had thought I had lost my money and I was dealing with a scam site. I still havent recieved the item after a fortnight in transit so I reserve the right to still think this way, they have contacted me now but with no resolution. If they were quicker with answering queries and dealt with them effectively I would have no reason to complain.

ordering was easy, delivered within the time frame given, quality of material good however not as firm as what the picture showed and some cushions had less stuffing than others. 1 cushion short on delivery emailed straight away to let them know and asked if it will be delivered at a later date. Waiting on their reaponse.

Nice electric desk but not good packaging
I like the electric desk, delivery was fairly quick but the packaging needs some improving.
Several parts arrived scratched due to improper wrapping.

Great quality.
I bought the pallet seat cushion set after looking for replacement cushions. They are well made, true to size and very reasonably priced.

I love these cushions. They did take a while to get here (although no fault of the seller, as they were dispatched quickly). They feel very high quality, and theyre thick and comfy. Exactly what I was wanting!
