Great product (long range USB Bluetooth dongle for Mac). Took me a while to get everything set up properly with it on my 2008 Mac Pro but well worth the effort. Well packaged, prompt delivery and good communication. Also considerably cheaper buying direct from Flexx than via Amazon. Excellent transaction!

Excellent product. Great Customer Service. Needed confirmation that I was buying the correct OWC SSD for my iMac. Marian replied very quickly to confirm that it was a direct replacement for my HDD. The enclosure supplied was a 'god send' which enabled me to use the original HDD for external storage. Tried to transfer all files to the new SSD using Time Machine but the files were corrupt so I just plugged the external enclosure containing the original HDD into the iMac and used Migration Assistant. Effortless and job done.

The. Item I wanted was out of stock but I was able to pre order with a delivery date of approximately 10 working days. This date was not met but I was notified it would be shipped on next day delivery and this did happen.
