Superb product and service! The Sonnettech Echo 13 Thunderbolt 5 SSD Dock really lives up to Thunderbolt 5 specifications: a forensic image of a 1Tb M2 SSD comes up with a read rate of 84Gb/sec and a write rate of 12Gb/sec and completes in less than 11 minutes!

laptop battery replacement
My laptop battery replacement arrived this morning. It was very well packaged and delivery was made by a politeful man. To begin with it wouldn’t start my laptop but after a couple of phone calls and half an hour’s charging, it did. A good result. Thank you.

Awesome battery for my macbook!
Got great battery for MacBook Pro and it works as described and is better than MacBook has ever been! Installation was a faf, but it's Apple's fault. However, the battery came with all the tools and screwdrivers, so it's sorted now. Quick delivery also. Thanks!

Great service from the company, great price and the purchase was easy. Delivered on time and the device I bought was exactly as described. One point that disappointed me was there was no on/off switch. I feel this should have been mentioned on the description of the unit.
Will use FLEX again

Guarantees and great returns policies ensure buying from Flexx protects the consumer and in turn provides a great service. After buying a product from them, I had a query about it, so I rung them and they speedily got back to me and then sought an answer for me, which was done in around ten to fifteen minutes, and all was good. l was well satisfied!

Great product (long range USB Bluetooth dongle for Mac). Took me a while to get everything set up properly with it on my 2008 Mac Pro but well worth the effort.
Well packaged, prompt delivery and good communication. Also considerably cheaper buying direct from Flexx than via Amazon.
Excellent transaction!

Excellent product and Customer Service
Excellent product. Great Customer Service. Needed confirmation that I was buying the correct OWC SSD for my iMac. Marian replied very quickly to confirm that it was a direct replacement for my HDD. The enclosure supplied was a 'god send' which enabled me to use the original HDD for external storage. Tried to transfer all files to the new SSD using Time Machine but the files were corrupt so I just plugged the external enclosure containing the original HDD into the iMac and used Migration Assistant. Effortless and job done.

OWC MERCURY ELITE 2TB DESKTOP BACKUP DRIVE
The. Item I wanted was out of stock but I was able to pre order with a delivery date of approximately 10 working days. This date was not met but I was notified it would be shipped on next day delivery and this did happen.

Fantastic Flexx!
Flex spent 30 minutes on the phone talking me through the options to suit my situation. Were very helpful throughout the whole process and shipped the OWC ThunderBay exactly when they said they would. It arrived brilliantly packaged. Big fan!
