Overall print quality ok, a few prints were a touch on the dark side, majority were ok, do not think the lab have any control on exposure, so probably down to me! Will try next print order with a little exposure compensation! Usual fast turnaround, returned tracked first class.

I am a big Fujifilm and MyFujifilm fan. I buy calendars and sometimes prints. I know the quality of the printing is very good, but they no longer provide aluminium prints and secondly, the choice of perspectives is a little limited. The shots I tend to print most are landscapes and sometimes I want more than 16:9 e.g. 1:3, but that too is not available (see attached).

The books are wonderful! look good, feel good, great quality. Beautiful lay flat pages. Well wrapped and greatly presented. Not cheap, but love them. Great work, thank you! The only thing that lets down is the postage/delivery, what I suppose is out of MyFujifilm hands (little bit lack of communication from the courier). These books make for really fabulous gifts.

Amazing quality for so little money!
Instead of paying £££ for school and nursery prints I would suggest just getting a digital copy and using Fujifilm to print them. Exact same quality for around £1 odd a print!!

I did encounter an issue in that the wrong item was sent out.
It took several emails and a couple of phone calls to arrange collection of the wrong item and for the right item to be delivered.
Other than the delay the customer services team were helpful.
