I was really worried about this delivery of 12 plants!
They were dispatched and sent on a next day delivery however the courier did not deliver until 4 days later.
I was pleasantly surprised at the plants condition on arrival. A couple had some leaf damage as the box had been squashed as well as sat in a depot for 4 very hot days. All plants were bigger and healthier than I expected and look great in my new aquarium. 2 of the damaged plants are looking a little sad after only 1 day, but I'm optimistic the others will stay healthy and continue to grow.

In general the plants I received were of an ok standard. A couple of them had some ropey growth and dying leaves, also appears to have been unsold for some time and had become extremely root bound and showed signs of stress
( Echinodorus Reni ) Although these should recover given time. The majority were a good standard but I thought the packing methods could do with a re think as they were all squeezed in to a box a bit small for the quantity ordered and some superficial damage had occured to the extremities of a couple of individual plants requiring their removal. The Epiphytes were very nice especially the coffeefolia. The package arrived in very good time however and overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I'll very likely use Pro Shrimp again in the future.

TEARS OVER TINY SHRIMPS
It's the first time I have purchased from ProShrimp, it's the first time I've set up an aquarium so I was exhaustive in checking all the necessary perimeters on websites and with experienced people I know who keep fish.
I have been ardent about getting things right for everything to be just so for the arrival of my two blue shrimps. Delivery was swift and good. The packaging was excellent. But, I was surprised at the smallness of the shrimps, they were babies and not adult. They survived for less than a week😔I was so upset. The policy of ProShrimp is that if they arrive DOA you get your money back, but there is no refund for baby shrimp that only survive a few days. I am tentative about buying from ProShrimp again.

First time using Pro Shrimp for plants, but was very impressed with the range available and the useful descriptions. I ordered over 20 In-Vitro pots and most are growing very healthily in my newly planted tank.
The only issue was the Royal Mail delivery service that did not fulfil their delivery process which meant the plants were outside for about 36 hours. Delivered on time, shrimp looked healthy. There were 4 stowaways (bladder snails) that I had to carefully look for during acclimation, as one was super tiny! So make sure to keep an eye out for them if you don't want them in your tank as they can easily get transferred with in the net.
