Shrimp happy, confident and healthy
The shrimp came in exactly when they said it would, was handled with lots of care and packaged well. When I took them out they were healthy and happy. Once I put them in they settled in really quicky and we're incredibly friendly, playing around the tank, coming up to greet me and happily going on my hand. I'm more than happy with the shrimp and the customer service was fast and reliable.

I’m so impressed with my shopping experience at ProShrimp. My order arrived today, I purchased a variety of live plants and 6kg of lava pebbles. The order was well packed (even though the pebbles came with a free live spider!) The delivery was very fast and the overall quality of the products are superb. I mostly go to the shop where they are very helpful. I've had my wood, rocks and smooth stones from there. The plants are first class, I know they always don't look great when you first plant them they die back slightly in your aquarium,but given time and a good feed they come back great. Wherever you get your get your plants from this happens. Pro shrimp I've found has more variety in plants than other aquatic shop in my area. Great shop and the prices for the plants are good too. I've also found that the liquids i use like seachem prime, stability and fertiliser are cheaper here than other shops, they even sell it cheaper than Amazon.

Beautiful plants
Plants, when l first set up my 455 litre tank l bought plants from proshrimp. Six months ( or so ) later, l required some more because the ones l bought had done so well, that proshrimp had to be my seller.
My African Brown Knifefish that live in a shoal, l have seven. They are not true Knifefish and need to live in a group. Absolutely love, require and thrive in and amongst plants. Pro shrimp have helped make my knifies exceedingly happy 😁 🥰

Order was great, with only a small niggle
Order was great, I bought 8 plants and they were all were exactly what I hoped, except one pot
The Phyllanthus fluitans, only one with roots and the rest a pile of leaves. I understand those leaves with form their own roots; so eventually I'll get a bunch of them....just the initial impact was less than I hoped. Especially when compared to the Limnobium laevigatum which had multiple mature plants.
Overall I would order from Pro-Shrimp again.

Surpassed Expectations
I was really worried about this delivery of 12 plants!
They were dispatched and sent on a next day delivery however the courier did not deliver until 4 days later.
I was pleasantly surprised at the plants condition on arrival. A couple had some leaf damage as the box had been squashed as well as sat in a depot for 4 very hot days. All plants were bigger and healthier than I expected and look great in my new aquarium. 2 of the damaged plants are looking a little sad after only 1 day, but I'm optimistic the others will stay healthy and continue to grow.

Mostly nice examples
In general the plants I received were of an ok standard. A couple of them had some ropey growth and dying leaves, also appears to have been unsold for some time and had become extremely root bound and showed signs of stress
( Echinodorus Reni ) Although these should recover given time. The majority were a good standard but I thought the packing methods could do with a re think as they were all squeezed in to a box a bit small for the quantity ordered and some superficial damage had occured to the extremities of a couple of individual plants requiring their removal. The Epiphytes were very nice especially the coffeefolia. The package arrived in very good time however and overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I'll very likely use Pro Shrimp again in the future.
