After placing my order I realised I had not selected a faster delivery so I sent an email requesting I pay an extra £1.50 for this. The following morning - first thing - I received an email with 'Pay Now' @£1.50.

Fantastic 1st experience with Pro Shrimp. My plants arrived meticulously packaged, kept completely separate from the heavier hardscape items I ordered. They were healthy, vibrant, and look absolutely amazing in my new 34L Fluval Flex.
Only slight negative was the courier (Yodel), who left the package on its side and there was minor damage to the edge of the box — but thankfully everything inside was perfectly protected thanks to the great packaging.
Great service — I’ll definitely be ordering again in the near future.

DHL managed to delay the package by a day, which was a little frustrating as the tip of a couple of the Anubias leaves were deteriorating by the time they arrived. I could see they had been sent with care, & can only assume it was the courier to blame. 2 days in darkness is a long time for some plants...
I removed the affected leaves & the plant is looking very happy in the tank, if not a bit shorter than when it was sent...

The shrimp came in exactly when they said it would, was handled with lots of care and packaged well. When I took them out they were healthy and happy. Once I put them in they settled in really quicky and we're incredibly friendly, playing around the tank, coming up to greet me and happily going on my hand. I’m so impressed with my shopping experience at ProShrimp. My order arrived today, I purchased a variety of live plants and 6kg of lava pebbles. The order was well packed (even though the pebbles came with a free live spider!) The delivery was very fast and the overall quality of the products are superb. You can tell that great care was taken in picking out specific stones that would work together to create a good aqua scape, flat ones, rounded ones, small ones, large ones etc. I truly appreciate the care that went into my order and I have decided to immediately place another order for livestock!

I mostly go to the shop where they are very helpful. I've had my wood, rocks and smooth stones from there. The plants are first class, I know they always don't look great when you first plant them they die back slightly in your aquarium,but given time and a good feed they come back great. Wherever you get your get your plants from this happens. Pro shrimp I've found has more variety in plants than other aquatic shop in my area. Great shop and the prices for the plants are good too. I've also found that the liquids i use like seachem prime, stability and fertiliser are cheaper here than other shops, they even sell it cheaper than Amazon.

Plants, when l first set up my 455 litre tank l bought plants from proshrimp. Six months ( or so ) later, l required some more because the ones l bought had done so well, that proshrimp had to be my seller.
My African Brown Knifefish that live in a shoal, l have seven. They are not true Knifefish and need to live in a group. Absolutely love, require and thrive in and amongst plants. Pro shrimp have helped make my knifies exceedingly happy 😁 🥰
