I am very happy with the whole selling experience with yourselves from purchasing to receiving my brand new sofa and chair. Steve and Frank who delivered my items were very prompt, polite and professional. They set up the electric reclining chair which was very much appreciated and put the sofa and chair exactly where I wanted them.

From buying the sofa to receiving it the service has been excellent. Ben who sold us the sofa was lovely and very helpful, and Steve and Kris were equally as good with the delivery.

We visited the shop - with parking! - and were given plenty of information about dining chairs. Our choice had been recently discontinued but a phone call ensured we were able to have them. Covid delayed delivery. Steve and Sam R did a great job of assembling and placing the chairs. Would certainly return to TR Hayes for future furniture purchases.

Many thanks to Steve & Kris for arriving very promptly this morning to deliver my chair. It was assembled and the motor tested really quickly & professionally. This was Steve's second visit to us this year as he delivered a leather computer chair back in March in the same prompt, professional manner. Unfortunately lockdown meant that I forgot to give my feedback at the time. Thank you again.

We've bought furniture from TR Hayes over many years and the service has always been friendly and excellent. On this occasion the chairs we ordered were delayed due to Covid-19 but we were kept informed throughout. Steve and Tony the delivery team were very efficient and polite.
