Great service from Claire in sales through to Steve & Tony delivering our new sofas. Would recommend T R Hayes.

Purchased three items of furniture. No pressure selling good old fashioned service.The delivery date was met, even in these troubled times. Steve and Tony rang me 10 minutes before delivery and were extremely efficient and quick to deliver the new mattress and take away the old mattress

Experienced knowledgeable staff who were happy to help and advise without trying to exert undue influence. Carpet department was excellent and fitters were first class. Friendly , efficient and tidy. Furniture staff dealt with all enquiries and calls with courtesy and efficiency.The delivery team was very quick and tidy. Overall a painless and deahappy experience during these very strange times

Thank you to Steve & Tony who delivered our sofas and chairs in a downpour we are so grateful for our lovely new furniture. Thank you also to Claire in the showroom for helping us to choose the right furniture for our home.

Steve and Tom arrived on time and immediately set to assemble the chair I ordered. They were enthusiastic and courteous, and demonstrated the many features of the chair. My partner and I needed carpet in our new build house, we approached TR Hayes they measured up free of charge and gave us a competitive rate. They worked around us and when we got the keys for the house they were in putting the carpet in within a few days, no delays and very easy to get hold of during the process. Kevin the carpet fitter is very thorough and we are over the moon with our carpet!

Over the last 3 years we have had delivered: two 2 setter settees, 1 "L" shaped settee, a large Scandinavian table and chairs and finally a block wood coffee table. All are exactly as described and agreed on. Delivery was excellent with the delivery guys setting everything up before they left making sure all was OK. This is a father and son business I have used for 40 yrs - excellent!
