Everything I have received from you has been lovely You hsve a very good company who take pride in what they do snd treat customers very well. Your cards are very different from thr general run of cards which is why I like them.Everything is tasteful.As zu have said your cards have lovely designs thar are different from other companies.You do everything well but if you want a suggestion you could make cards a little bit bigger one or two centimetres each way.

Really pleased with my gorgeous Tin of birthday biscuits i ordered for my daughter in laws birthday, The tin is just right for someone who loves anything to do with Peanut and co, and so appt for a birthday, im sure the biscuits will be delicious when she opens them. Their website is easy to navigate with a good choice of products. Prices are awesome The cards with a hidden drawer of chocolates are so inventive. We sent one of these to our Gt.Nephew for his 6th birthday and he was thrilled. His Mum said "those little boxes are just so cute". Having the option of a message being handwritten was superb. Much better than a printed one. We're really happy with Love Kates and will be back for more soon.

The customer purchase experience is probably one of the worst flows I have experienced on a web site. The order should be- choose a card, decide on hand written or not, delivery address, delivery method, total amount agreed and then checkout. Instead important info has to be entered from PayPal and when attempting to purchase using Apple Pay ( my first option) , it was impossible to choose the delivery address and method. Overall I was please when the card arrived, but the purchase experience was stressful and time consuming.

The only niggle would be the hand writing in the card could have been a little bit smarter?? And, a black pen would have been a better choice in my opinion, rather than blue.
