Cards great, many thanks! On Apr 2nd paid £1.99 extra for 1-3 (?) day delivery, told "ETA probably 5th" (knew they couldn't arrive before Easter, so that OK). Reality: dispatch 6th, rec'd 8th. Marked Delivery down but that may be unfair, problem all with Customer service? Didn't allow for Easter? But they were Easter cards! Just saying, no hard feelings, keep for next year Best wishes John

Ordered an Easter card for my friend's, got an email saying they would bill my friend's, phoned them said they'd changed it and it would be OK. The card didn't arrive for Easter so phoned them and asked for a refund, they asked me to check recipients address, it consisted of half my address, half theirs . They would not refund as card was personalised, meantime the card arrived 3 days late. AWFUL

It is the first time I have ordered from Kate & am sure I will be doing so again.
