Two special bottles of Wine
The item was delivered on the date required. Very well packed in a box and wrapped in an excelent covering. The product itself met the specification exactley as described. The two bottles of wine were a special present that required to be dated 1996 and it was. The receivers of the present were delighted and love it. Thank you for all your good customer care.

Great customer service!
Found a rare bottle that wasn't available from other shops. Ordered over weekend and was afraid it wouldn't arrive by the end of the week, emailed the support and received response in a few minutes with a promise to ship it on the day with next day delivery at no extra cost. Great customer service, thank you very much!

I made an order for a 1966 bottle of Rioja for a good friend, and ordered a 1966 sixpence bottle stopper too.
The wine arrived safely and speedily, but the stopper wasn’t included in the package.
I called and told them this and was assured that it around be sent as soon as possible, literally 2 days later it arrived in perfect condition.
So good was the service I called and thanked them..
Would 100% recommend this firm.
Great customer care.. 10/10

The perfect gift
We were looking for a perfect gift for a big birthday and Wine Dancer had that gift, at a great price, and with service to match. We were very happy.

great customer service
i ordered a1961 bottle, unfortunately on arrival it had leaked. Communication was excellent, they didn’t have another bottle so couldn’t send another one out, however, hey gave me a choice; either i could keep the bottle and receive some compensation, or they would arrange collection and i would receive a refund. They actioned things straight away. I will definitely be going back to order something else in the future, cannot fault their customer service!

Quick delivery and good product. Only dissatisfied with the delivery service as they didn’t knock they just left it on the doorstep so I didn’t know it had been delivered.
