I made an order for a 1966 bottle of Rioja for a good friend, and ordered a 1966 sixpence bottle stopper too.
The wine arrived safely and speedily, but the stopper wasn’t included in the package.
I called and told them this and was assured that it around be sent as soon as possible, literally 2 days later it arrived in perfect condition.

i ordered a1961 bottle, unfortunately on arrival it had leaked. Communication was excellent, they didn’t have another bottle so couldn’t send another one out, however, hey gave me a choice; either i could keep the bottle and receive some compensation, or they would arrange collection and i would receive a refund. They actioned things straight away. I will definitely be going back to order something else in the future, cannot fault their customer service!

Just purchased an 80year old bottle of wine for a novel gift for my father. Ordered on Saturday and it was delivered on tuesday morning. I made a mistake and forgot to order a wine stopper in same order, contacted them and they got back via email quickly to say order the wine stopper separately and they would refund the postage as they would put in same shipment. Which they did. Great service. I can't comment on the quality of the wine as it has not been tried although it was really bought for the novelty value. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.
