I made an order for a 1966 bottle of Rioja for a good friend, and ordered a 1966 sixpence bottle stopper too. The wine arrived safely and speedily, but the stopper wasn’t included in the package. I called and told them this and was assured that it around be sent as soon as possible, literally 2 days later it arrived in perfect condition. So good was the service I called and thanked them.. Would 100% recommend this firm. Great customer care.. 10/10

i ordered a1961 bottle, unfortunately on arrival it had leaked. Communication was excellent, they didn’t have another bottle so couldn’t send another one out, however, hey gave me a choice; either i could keep the bottle and receive some compensation, or they would arrange collection and i would receive a refund. They actioned things straight away. I will definitely be going back to order something else in the future, cannot fault their customer service!

I ordered 2 bottles of Australian wine as a present for my English cousins after the death of my aunt, their mother. I ordered via the internet and it was extremely easy to do so

Due to an issue with the delivery date, (not the fault of Winedancer) we needed to request a refund, and the service we received was excellent. We will certainly purchase from this company again in the future due to this super service - thank you.

Just purchased an 80year old bottle of wine for a novel gift for my father. Ordered on Saturday and it was delivered on tuesday morning. I made a mistake and forgot to order a wine stopper in same order, contacted them and they got back via email quickly to say order the wine stopper separately and they would refund the postage as they would put in same shipment. Which they did. Great service. I can't comment on the quality of the wine as it has not been tried although it was really bought for the novelty value. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

We were looking for a special present for 'the man who has everything' on his 60th birthday and a bottle o wine that was born in the same year was the ideal solution. It was easy to search and chose a bottle that was in our price range. The delivery arrived fast and secure.

Courier took 4 working days to deliver when it should have been next day but when I phoned wine dancer the customer services were excellent & bent over backwards to resolve

Personal contact and willingness to put anything right, the wine is from a good winery in Germany I do believe I have been there no sure visited so many over the years, drunk one bottle but the sweet one leave till Christmas, thank you have a great Christmas.
