I know I can always expect great quality crystals, and I appreciate the free gifts too. Finally, I love to buy from someone I know loves crystals. Too many shops nowadays don't give you the option to select an individual crystal for yourself, and I love that KSC does. For the what could we do better, I feel it would be very helpful if there were more than 2 photos of each crystal, so that I can get a better idea of what shape it is. But this is a minor request.

Website is clear and informative. It was easy to place my order. My items were dispatched quickly and very well wrapped so arrived undamaged. The items are exactly as described and depicted the photos. They have a lovely quality. I have since bought a couple of Keith's books (via Amazon) and I am very much looking forward to reading them.

Everything Keith does at KSC Crystals bears the mark of high quality, integrity and trustworthiness. His crystals are beautiful, genuine and frequently unusual, his write-ups are reliable and informative, his despatch service impeccable. I'm not sure if KSC Crystals could do anything better! I have been working with Keith and Sandra for quite a few years now. All the crystals I have received are of superior quality! Customer service is excellent! But even more than all that, Keith goes way above anyone I know to teach, to add personal insights, to answer any and all questions, and to offer true, heartfelt help to daily and personal challenges one might be facing! It's always fun getting a package from KSC Crystals. Each crystal is wrapped as if it were a special gift thanks to Sandra!

Over many years of searching and buying crystals from different sources world wide, KSC crystals always is THE ONE - because of the Total experience of Honesty, Authenticity, the Feeling of Deep Commitment to Love, Light & Soul Journeys & discoveries with Other, Beautiful, Wise and Ancient Beings with Great Respect and Gladly Sharing this Knowledge in Many Many ways. I particularly love reading the insights about the Crystals and Other Beings of Light and the snipetts where appropriate & valid, gently explaining that while a crystal Might be called eg. African Turquiose - it is in fact a Wonderful Jasper ! which helped me understand why, although I liked this crystal - something did not totally align ! Thank You So much for this & other Clarifications. It was only later that I realised that Keith had been Mentored by Judy Hall and of course with her Daughter Jeni, choosing Keith to pass on & share some of her Mother's crystals, well for me, that said it all ! I also greatly appreciate the time & care & detail with all the orders - all the items are beautifully wrapped, Very Clearly Labelled and even the invoice is enclosed ! So, in Every way, First Class Service and Most Importantly a Truthful & Honouring Exchange. Always high quality crystals and speedy delivery via Royal Mail. Great range of crystals, so many different types and pieces of each type to choose from. I've been buying crystals from KSC Crystals for a few years, since Amanda Ellis mentioned this store in one of her videos.

I always return to KSC crystals when I need something special and I always get great quality, good value and speedy delivery.

Crystals are of excellent quality and responsibly sourced; service promises are always kept in my experience (which is over a decade of regular contact); communication is excellent - customers are always told of service interruptions, delays, availability of crystals etc; advice is willingly given; and expectations( of the crystals) are managed through down to earth descriptions of their attributes. After all these years I am still of the opinion that KSC Crystals are as good as it gets....

I recently bought from Keith, for the 2nd time, a selection of crystals and I am again genuinely impressed with their quality and beauty! They are exactly like in the pictures and even more beautiful. Each crystal was individually wrapped and very carefully packaged. The gift stone makes the whole experience very personal.
