I know I can always expect great quality crystals, and I appreciate the free gifts too. Finally, I love to buy from someone I know loves crystals. Too many shops nowadays don't give you the option to select an individual crystal for yourself, and I love that KSC does. For the what could we do better, I feel it would be very helpful if there were more than 2 photos of each crystal, so that I can get a better idea of what shape it is. But this is a minor request.

I have confidence that the crystals are as described as well as reasonably priced. Always an interesting range for sale …. Tho sometimes not ‘ordinary’ ones … They arrive well wrapped and energetically ‘clean’. I’ve been a customer for a while and keep returning…

There is always a great selection of crystals to choose from and they are all of the highest quality. They are packed with love and care with an extra crystal which is always a surprise to open.

I'm not sure if KSC Crystals could do anything better! I have been working with Keith and Sandra for quite a few years now. All the crystals I have received are of superior quality! Customer service is excellent! But even more than all that, Keith goes way above anyone I know to teach, to add personal insights, to answer any and all questions, and to offer true, heartfelt help to daily and personal challenges one might be facing! I particularly love reading the insights about the Crystals and Other Beings of Light and the snipetts where appropriate & valid, gently explaining that while a crystal Might be called eg. African Turquiose - it is in fact a Wonderful Jasper ! which helped me understand why, although I liked this crystal - something did not totally align ! It was only later that I realised that Keith had been Mentored by Judy Hall and of course with her Daughter Jeni, choosing Keith to pass on & share some of her Mother's crystals, well for me, that said it all ! Always high quality crystals and speedy delivery via Royal Mail. Great range of crystals, so many different types and pieces of each type to choose from. I've been buying crystals from KSC Crystals for a few years, since Amanda Ellis mentioned this store in one of her videos.

Crystals are of excellent quality and responsibly sourced; service promises are always kept in my experience (which is over a decade of regular contact); communication is excellent - customers are always told of service interruptions, delays, availability of crystals etc; advice is willingly given; and expectations( of the crystals) are managed through down to earth descriptions of their attributes. After all these years I am still of the opinion that KSC Crystals are as good as it gets....

I recently bought from Keith, for the 2nd time, a selection of crystals and I am again genuinely impressed with their quality and beauty!
