I have purchased many German woodcraft pieces from Erzgebirge Palace, including incense smokers, pyramids, candle arches, figurines, nutcrackers, angels and other accessories as incense cones and lighting supplies. They offer a world of opportunity in obtaining product otherwise inaccessible for me. Their pricing is fair, selection of items enormous, and they make it easy to order product on their site sorted by product category, manufacturer, theme, and description. It’s simply incredible what they have in stock to help make my living room fireplace mantles, curio’s, and display areas stand out so uniquely. Guests in our home are amazed to see products they didn’t know exit…as I once did, as well. They also ship extremely fast…hard to believe product from Germany to the USA can arrive within a matter of days, extremely well packed. They are first to market with new product introductions by such iconic German woodcraft names as Ulbricht, Steinbach, Blank, to mention only a very few.

First rate experience from start to end. The packaging was secure, the shipping fast, and the craftmanship of the item was impeccable. What a delight the Christmas season will be with our new pyramid!

The items delivered were beautiful although one of the penguins on the pyramid was broken, instead of going to the trouble of sending it back to Germany from the UK I fixed it myself with wood glue.

My new Nutcracker exceeded all my expectations. My Drosselmeyer is well crafted and absolutely beautiful with wonderful detail work. I could not be happier, except that he makes my old nutcracker, from a 1974 performance of The Nutcracker, look even more shabby. Erzgebirge-Palace packaged him with care and he was delivered from Germany faster than many local shipments!

Thermic windmill brought as presents for children who did not want the windmills with the candles candles. Really impressed the other children are now keen to have one too & the little pizza oven smoker what a hit . Quick delivery also within the week from germany to nz. We really need a christmas market here. The larger windmill was gorgeous sadly one of it fins got split probably due to handling coming down under- it has glued up ok and is working fine. Absolutely love Erzgebirge we just don't have these unless you have that european heritage & they are heirloom peices really no christmas would be the same without the unique treasures to entertain the wee ones.

The Christmas ornaments that I received came quickly and are just beautiful! I'm certain that these will hold up throughout the years to come. I've ordered twice from you and both shipments were in good order and received earlier than expected. I love that these are hand crafted and have exceptional detail and color. These were purchased to give to my grandchildren, and I know they will be entranced by the colors and the detail in the ornament.

This pyramid is so beautiful! I had looked at the Christmas pyramids on a recent trip to Germany but didn't see anything I LOVED. I'm so glad I waited and kept looking, even after the trip. The mix of woods and the quality of construction is exactly what I was looking for. I also love that I have the option of using tea lights or the more traditional candles. Thank you!

We were a little concerned about ordering these 2 delicate Christmas pyramids, and them being shipped from Germany to the U.S. safely. They came through perfectly, extremely packed. We are now shipping one to family in the Midwest, and feel confident it will also arrive there safely. Being offered a combination of the pyramid & tea lights was VERY convenient and appreciated!
