My new Nutcracker exceeded all my expectations. My Drosselmeyer is well crafted and absolutely beautiful with wonderful detail work. I could not be happier, except that he makes my old nutcracker, from a 1974 performance of The Nutcracker, look even more shabby. Thermic windmill brought as presents for children who did not want the windmills with the candles candles. Really impressed the other children are now keen to have one too & the little pizza oven smoker what a hit . Quick delivery also within the week from germany to nz. The larger windmill was gorgeous sadly one of it fins got split probably due to handling coming down under- it has glued up ok and is working fine. Great new Schwibbogen with lighting that looks almost fluorescent, delivered promptly and efficiently. The shelves on the right front were loose but I was able to figure out where they belonged from your online picture. Erzgebirge will continue to be my favorite source for German Xmas. Leider hat UPS statt zu mir die zu Hause war , an meinen Nachbarn geliefert (!!) und das Paket stand draussen im Regen da dort keiner zu Hause war. Total unprofessionell von Ups und trotz Kontakt hat Ups erst nach 4Tagen geantwortet.
Da ihr gut verpackt hattet ist kein Schaden an der Ware entstanden. Habe alles vorsichtig zum trocknen gelegt.
