Erzgebirge-Palace

Reviews:

In October 2026, I purchased a 5-tier Christmas Pyramid. I needed to pay with my credit card but have delivery to a different address. I telephoned for assistance and was given advice in English. The parcel arrived two days later. No fuss, no problems and an outstanding Christmas gift.

Each year for Christmas I purchase my son a nutcracker! I enjoy browsing your online catalog searching for the perfect one. The quality and care of your company is obvious in every purchase I make! Thank you too for the super quick shipping and perfect packaging!

Bought two pyramids to give to family members as early Christmas gifts, so they could enjoy them through the entire holiday season. My son already opened his and he is thrilled!

This is the third nutcracker I have ordered, and the quality of product, service and communication from order to delivery has been first class every time.

Very high quality smoker and it’s so cute! It was a gift and she loved it. It shipped quickly and was packaged with care. Thank you!

I have purchased many German woodcraft pieces from Erzgebirge Palace, including incense smokers, pyramids, candle arches, figurines, nutcrackers, angels and other accessories as incense cones and lighting supplies. They offer a world of opportunity in obtaining product otherwise inaccessible for me. Their pricing is fair, selection of items enormous, and they make it easy to order product on their site sorted by product category, manufacturer, theme, and description. It’s simply incredible what they have in stock to help make my living room fireplace mantles, curio’s, and display areas stand out so uniquely. Guests in our home are amazed to see products they didn’t know exit…as I once did, as well. They also ship extremely fast…hard to believe product from Germany to the USA can arrive within a matter of days, extremely well packed. They are first to market with new product introductions by such iconic German woodcraft names as Ulbricht, Steinbach, Blank, to mention only a very few.

First rate experience from start to end. The packaging was secure, the shipping fast, and the craftmanship of the item was impeccable. What a delight the Christmas season will be with our new pyramid!

The care taken over the smallest detail is outstanding. The decoration holds a quiet stillness that l feel sure will be enhanced when candles are lit and so in motion. It is beautiful. Thank you from my heart. It is everything l had hoped for and more.
