I thought some of my order was missing emailed them very promptly answered none of this it may take 48 hours for us to respond to your query they checked with their courier all order was left at my local post office by they failed to tell me there were more packages as the main package was large I assumed it was all in one returned the following day to pick up the rest there was no chasing around looking for my parcels excellent customer care, I am awaiting my Tree but they will call the day before when I can expect a time slot , and I have to say all the glass baubles are extremely well packed to prevent damage and you can reuse the packaging to store away after Xmas would love to purchase the storage unit but a bit expensive this year after my initial purchases may next years oh and everything is insured while in transit

Having always had a real tree before now, I researched what was the most realistic tree to purchase and decided upon Balsam Hill even though they are considerably more expensive than others on the market. I ordered my tree over a week ago and it has still not been delivered! I’ve contacted customer services numerous times only to receive emails that appear to be standard responses largely to be told to keep checking the tracking number which continues to tell me absolutely nothing. I final discover that it’s been going round the UPS system and might arrive on Monday but can’t be guaranteed and the UPS system still showing me no delivery date. When you order a Christmas item like this you want to receive it quickly so you can use it. No offer of any reduction in price or to try to send another tree next day delivery via a different courier - you just have to wait. Now it almost doesn’t matter how good the tree is because I don’t have it and the experience of a supposedly premium company has been a very disappointing one!
