Great product however delivery left a lot to be desired! This is the second purchase from BH that I've made and whilst we love the product using Royal Mail / Parcelforce for delivery has pretty much been disastrous. Trying to get them to delay delivery until a day that we are in is practically impossible and they still attempted delivery earlier than the day that we requested. These aren't low value items being purchased so it might be suggested to select better couriers.

Bought post Christmas since my tree had seen better days. Great price in the sale and quick delivery. Assembled, simply to ensure there were no issues and lights were working, etc, but didn't fluff out the branches. Gorgeous, great height and so handy that a storage bag is included so were able to get the cardboard into recycling and get the tree up the loft for Christmas 2026. So excited to get this up!

I bought these candles to go with a pair I bought previously. Unfortunately the design has been changed and these have fewer functions than the originals. They are also heavier but this is an improvement as they are more stable. The candles were delivered well-packed and arrived promptly. I would recommend Balsam Hill and have bought several Xmas items in the past. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the lesser functionality of the candles

Online site easy to navigate. Balsam Hill offer a very good selection of Christmas trees and trimmings to suit all homes. I found them to be particularly diligent in keeping customers informed at each stage of the process and their product is of excellent quality

I've been looking for a narrower tree for awhile. Mine is a 7ft really bushy and heavy tree. Have looked at Balsamhill.co.uk site several times. Put the 5ft Silverado slim unlit tree in my basket on several occasions. Finally decided to order this at a good price. Glad I did wait a little longer as there was a further £20 off. Lucky I done it when I did as it is now sold out. Glad I finally done it, as the tree is sturdy and well made, but much lighter for me to handle. Was surprised it came in 3 sections as it was a 5ft tree. Added bonus is the gloves and bag to store tree in. Was kept informed well. Would I recommend Balsamhill 100%. Can't add a photo as i ordered it after Christmas. Can tell that it will look lovely up especially when lights and decorations on there. Thanks Balsamhill. Happy customer Sue

This purchase is my second Balsam Hill tree and I love it. It's the Canadian blue green spruce and at 5ft is just the right size to fit onto my large coffee table in front of the window. It is really bushy and looks fantastic even before I decorated it. I really wanted to give five stars but felt that I had to knock one off...the reason??? Nothing to do with the tree but the online tracking system leaves much to be desired. A day after it was up and decorated, the tracker said it was still awaiting pickup from Balsam Hill. Fix that, guys, and it's 5 stars all the way.

Very quick dispatch and delivery. Goods are always well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that there is a minor problem, customer service are on hand to promptly resolve the issue -politely and professionally. Balsam Hill trees/decorations etc. are simply stunning - my tree receives more compliments than my mulled punch!!! I highly recommend BH to anyone prepared to pay a little bit more for quality and longevity. Thank you BH

Ordered tree storage bag although some people said they found putting together difficult I never my only thing I would add is an extra clip in centre of all the bars inside for extra support otherwise very happy. I already have the bauble storage box which I love makes packing and unpacking Christmas decorations stress free. Next I would like the wheels for Christmas tree

We have had real trees for the last 45 years, so changing to an artificial tree was not an easy choice to make. We need not have worried. The tree we chose arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged. The tree was very easy to assemble and clear instructions were provided. Safety gloves were also provided to prevent any cuts when handling the tree. The trees looks so real so much so we should not have worried as the tree is really well made and looks fantastic. So the question is, would I buy another tree from BALSAM HILL? Most definitely YES, Would I recommend BALSAM HILL to others? Again, a great big Yes

We messed up our order by not checking the width of the tree. Had to order a different slim tree which was perfect. Customer services were great although long wait times on the phone. Everything was resolved within a week and ended with us receiving our perfect tree. A quality product which is our first move from a real tree after 40 odd years. So great not to have to think about watering the tree, no drooping branches nor dropped pine needles.

My tree always get quality and they look great I have three 6ft blue Canadian spruce they look so real People always knock on my door and ask where I got the trees from it’s my secret

A company who ensures that a tree ordered on one of the busiest days of the year (Black Friday 28 Nov) is delivered by early afternoon on Monday 1 Dec (in time for opening the advent calendar) deserves a worthy commendation. That the tree delivered on 1 Dec has done away with my decades old grumpy justification of “absolutely hating the faff of having a Christmas tree”, for having never owned a Christmas tree, is another level. This tree is another ball game! The base is super stable and opens in one click (tick); there are only 3 distinct sections to remember (another tick); there are no fiddly branches of confusing lengths to attach (are we still counting the ticks?); no need to dash out for another box of lights by the time I reach the top (honestly, geniuses must constantly float on cloud 9); and my 4 year old keeps hugging the tree (in the hopes that some presents will magically appear). Thank, you, so, very, much!

I was not sure at the beginning after reading various recent reviews, but decided to give it a go. Delivery - speedy and prompt delivery. Deliver within exact time frame as per email notification. Tree quality - I'm been having real tree for years and this one is unbelievable. It looks so real and I do need to use the gloves to help setting up the tree. The only issue is the instruction manual. The instruction is incorrect. Otherwise, I think it is excellent in all aspect if you are looking for a Christmas which can last for many years to come.

We bought the Canadian 6ft blue green spruce tree with clear led light in the black friday sale & luckily we also got a extra 10% . We very to assemble , love all the extra you get the 2 pairs of gloves , extra bulbs & the storage bag . Looks great , I do tend to buy prelit trees because it's easier to assemble for me . What we paid was good value . Ive always wanted a Balsam hill tree & this year we finally have one

Great excitement on receiving my Balsam Hill Christmas tree, I loved unpacking the box and discovering my beautiful tree. Putting it together was easier than I thought and once I had fluffed out all the branches I stood back and enjoyed this lovely tree in all its glory. I cannot think of anything that could be done to improve this product or the experience of owning it. Now to decorate ...... 😁

These are the Rolls-Royce of Christmas trees. I now own four and will no doubt buy some more in the future. I only own four because I want one in every room not because anything has happened to them/they’ve gone wrong. I used to be a real tree fanatic, but I will never look back now. I would highly recommend Balsam Hill. Customer Service is also second to none.

The quality of the tree that we chose (BH Nordman Fir - Flip Tree) was disappointing. My expectation was that it would look more like the real tree, with thick branches concealing the trunk. There is a lot of work required to make it look anything like the tree in the image on the Balsam Hill web site. This was the only unlit tree that was available. I had to send the tree back for a refund, and we bought a real tree. On the positive side, the customer service I received when requesting a refund was excellent - the agent was clear and helpful, identifying the problem that I had with the return and sorted it out in a few minutes. Cannot fault your customer service.

Fraser Fir tree arrived in a timely manner which was good. However a number of tips had come off the tree which, given the cost was not great. I contacted customer service team by phone and found them to be lacking. I was told that the tree had extra tips to account for this but I found this to be a lame excuse as I could clearly see where the tips should have been. Told if I wanted to return it I would be charged £15. This was clearly not my error so very unimpressed with that. Additionally, I found there was no depth of knowledge of the customer service staff, it was like they were reading from a script and any queries outside of that were not answered. I felt there was a language barrier with more indepth questions. The tree itself is nice but I have seen some locally (White Company Grand Spruce) which are probably better. Additionally other companies offer a UK call centre so it’s much easier to deal with issues over the phone and receive a much better and quality service. I couldn’t in all honesty recommend Balsam Hill, mainly due to the poor staff in the customer services team. Sorry.

Not the first time we buy a Balsam Hill Christmas Tree, so we know we can expect high quality standards, as always. What we really appreciated this time were all the extras we received, from spares to gloves (they were essential when fluffing up the tree), to the storage bag, not to mention the generous amount of lifelike needles for that very realistic feel we were after. Great all round.

The item was delivered fast, well-packaged and we all love it. The numbers on the Advent Calendar can be set for each day leading up to Christmas Day. It remembers where it was last set and the lights of the Village can be switched on or off separately to the Advent Calendar numbers. The village looks great. A calendar that we can use again and again. A great addition to our family Christmas traditions. Thank You Balsam Hill.
