The item was well received, however it took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite the 5-7 day delivery detailed on the product page. I didn’t get a shipping notification until a week after I placed the order! It was also misleading with a UK address listed, and on a .co.uk website, but it turns out it was being sent from Denmark (which also explains the hefty delivery fee).
Ordered on the 15th Dec but thought the items would arrive in time for Christmas as no indication on the website that the items were coming from overseas. No last date orders for before Christmas notification and I genuinely was disappointed that the website was not more transparent ie .com rather than .co.uk. Deceiving, and consequently the items arrived on 28th December, too late for Christmas

my product was shipped from Denmark and I was kept informed along it's journey including when it cleared customs. From there the delivery was prompt even though a bank holiday weekend got in the way !

Good selection of products, competitive pricing. Ease of selection of the product I wanted. I thought the carriage fees were a little high, and the time it took from ordering to receipt was a little longer than I'm used to from other sites. But overall I will be happy to shop here again.

The quality of the Caverack Leo is poor
The quality of the Caverack Leo 36 bottle unit is far below what it appears to be on the website. The runners on the wine rack stick and the whole construction of the product is very flimsy.
