Sceptical - but surprised!
I ordered the wine rack late in the day having been badly let down on a purchase from a different company. They said it would be with me by Christmas. I was sceptical. I learnt it was being dispatched from Denmark. I was very sceptical. It arrived Christmas Eve and I was delighted to discover was really good quality. The recipient the next day was very pleased! Perfect! Would happily order from this company again and recommend it to others. Don't be sceptical - they are great! Many thanks!
Nice rack
I bought a nice metal wine rack from them which is well made. The delivery was not so good, it was delivered to a neighbour with no note left for me. So I had to ask where it was, and then collect it from my neighbour.
Great customer experience, excellent communication, items well packaged and I am absolutely delighted with the quality product.
A good product requiring thought
A good product but one does 'build up muscles' hammering the parts together. One negative point, there is a quality control problem regarding a standard width of the groves in the wooden pieces, some slid into place, others required considerable hammering effort. In ten cases I had to modify groves to fit with a fine hand saw.

New wine rack looks great now in position. I did think the thickness of the oak panels could have been thicker and more sturdy for the price I paid tho.
Draws are sturdy and slide back n forth with ease.
Overall I’m happy with the product.

Good communication, item arrived promptly. We had to contact customer services about an issue, they were quick to answer. The item itself is lovely, we are very happy with our purchase. Just one note is that the fridge comes with a European plug, not a UK one or an adapter, so you will need to buy one unless you have one to hand. I think the company is based in Europe, certainly not UK anyway.
Slightly damaged, but at least it’s hidden at the back
My expensive wine rack came in a box with no padding at all. One of the top corners is slightly lower than the others so it looks like the courier probably dropped it at some point. Luckily it is slotting in to a wide shelf so the back isn’t visible and I can’t be bothered with the hassle of returning it, but for a £220 wine rack … it little bubble wrap wouldn’t hurt.

Really great to deal with, product exceeded expectations and was delivered with the time frame quoted.

Great delivery and really pleased with the product.
Only point to note is that you’ll need a level of skill to attach the backs if you order them. I bought pin nails and pre drilled. It could be made easier. Also the finish of the backs is rough cut (I got a decent splinter).

Your website quoted delivery 3-5 days...but in reality its 2 weeks+ which has caused me a problem after I placed the order. I contacted the delivery people, they took details but never returned my request to arrange for an earlier delivery or allowing me to collect from their depot....not great

Our website normally states a delivery time to the UK of 5–7 business days, but as your order was delivered via our external delivery partner, it is important to note that we do not have full insight into their internal booking system. This means we cannot see their routes or shipment queues, which can sometimes result in longer delivery times.
We also regret that you did not receive a response after contacting the carrier regarding an earlier delivery or depot collection. This is not the service level we wish for our customers, and it is not representative of their usual standards. In general, they are very professional, which is why we use them for some UK deliveries.

The Leo is not as sturdy as I was hoping for. Ok once my builder had done some modifications but I must confess I would not recommend friends
Although our item was out of stock we were kept correctly informed as to when to expect delivery. Very efficient and the rack was as described.
