I ordered a hip flask as a present & had it engraved with name ,date etc.
Quality of product is amazing & very reasonably priced .Great company to deal with- it arrived really quickly & I was kept informed of dispatch, day of delivery etc via email.

Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately I had a very poor experience. Together with a group of friends, we decided to buy a very expensive chess set as a wedding gift for one of our close friends. Unfortunately the items were shipped without appropriate protection and care, and the chess board had many small scratches and the paint came off in many places. It was not suitable as a wedding gift. When I asked to receive another one, customer service informed me they did not have any in stock. I am still waiting for reimbursement and scrambling to find another wedding gift last minute. Very disappointing experience unfortunately.

The decanter was beautiful and a perfect gift for our friend. Really appreciated the expedited shipping option. Even with our late planning to find a gift, we were able to get it in time for the farewell event. Customer service was great, too. Thank you!
