Solved a problem, not their fault, brilliantly
Not the fault of kitchentime, but instead with the supplier. I ordered a particular frying pan for my wife's birthday, she specifically asked for it. When it came the handle was damaged. Kitchentime quickly sent out a replacement, but same issue, it was a problem with the batch. They went above and beyond to find one which was in perfect condition and sent it out without any hassle. I was very impressed with the level of service they provided to solve a problem which was not their fault.

I thought there may a problem with delivery as I used a PO Box. So I sent my physical address within 1 minute of placing the order. The email was not handled until 1d18h later, after the order had been despatched.
Fortunately there was no problem sending to a PO Box. But as a global mail order company they need to answer emails within hours, not days.

Continental Plug
We ordered and received a Coffee Peculator which my husband unpacked saying it was very good quality far better than the ones we had had previously (apart from Dualit). However it came with a continental round 2 pin plug which we thought was a mistake.
Thinking we been sent this by mistake we approached Kitchentime who said that it comes with this plug which can be used with a converter. THERE IS NO WAY WE WOULD USE A CONVERTER IN THE KITCHEN AND SAID SO.
