Pristine bottle
The wine was delivered promptly, as promised, and well packed for posting. To be honest, the bottle, the label, the foil were so pristine that I found it difficult to believe this was a 40-year-old bottle and suspected the wine had at least been re-corked. But no: on opening it became clear it was the genuine 40-year-old estate cork - and the wine was... so divin. It had been kept in perfect conditions and was all I could have hoped for. The wine was the queen of the evening at the special dinner for which I acquired it, appreciated by the connoisseurs around the table. So thank you SoDivin for an excellent service. UK buyers, do be aware that VAT and duty will need to be paid as your purchase passes customs.

Cannot fault the wine and packaging. Ordered from UK and was not aware of import charges. Maybe my fault but there was nothing warning me about further charges. Another 40% on top of advertised cost.
