I’ve ordered from a few bottles now and each time was a great experience! The pictures and descriptions are perfectly accurate, and the shipping time is great! From ordering to pick up here in Germany had been like 2 business days each time. The selection of wines available is awesome too, and always changing! My go to site now for speciality wines.

I ordered a 1966 CHÂTEAU LEOVILLE POYFERRE as a birthday gift for my husband. Unfortunately, the bottle leaked in transit. I contacted So Divin and they replied quickly, offering to either send another bottle or provide a full refund. I appreciated their professionalism and would not hesitate to order from So Divin again.

The wine was delivered promptly, as promised, and well packed for posting. To be honest, the bottle, the label, the foil were so pristine that I found it difficult to believe this was a 40-year-old bottle and suspected the wine had at least been re-corked. But no: on opening it became clear it was the genuine 40-year-old estate cork - and the wine was... so divin. It had been kept in perfect conditions and was all I could have hoped for. The wine was the queen of the evening at the special dinner for which I acquired it, appreciated by the connoisseurs around the table. So thank you SoDivin for an excellent service. UK buyers, do be aware that VAT and duty will need to be paid as your purchase passes customs.

The customer service given by Joséphine has been perfect, throughout my purchase and in answering any questions I had prior to it being delivered in the UK. I will recommend SoDivin to my friends and family.

I ordered two bottles of wine from SoDivin and paid €40 for next-day delivery to the UK. The delivery was not made within the advertised timeframe and arrived later than expected. More importantly, I was subsequently contacted by DHL requesting an additional £51 for UK import taxes and clearance charges. I understand that UK import VAT and customs charges may apply after Brexit, but I did not feel these additional costs were sufficiently clear when placing the order. The charges were only communicated to me when the parcel had already reached the UK. I contacted SoDivin to raise both issues and explained that the wine was a birthday gift, so the delivery date was particularly important. Despite this, I never received a further response. If selling to UK customers, I think SoDivin should be much clearer about the total cost, including potential UK import charges, and should not advertise next-day delivery if the delivery timeframe cannot realistically be met.

The wine arrived promptly and in good condition,packaged really securely. You could put a prominent warning regarding shipping costs with the advertised wine details. it was not clear to me and i only found out by reading your terms & conditions.

Purchasing process is simple, delivery is fast and accurate, and customer service is also good.
