My items came very quickly however pieces of the nutcracker were broken or dislodged

Some of the goods were smashed on arrival. It looked like they tried to squeeze too much stuff into a small box.

the product is fantastic!it needs 8 working days to arrive, but under Xmas,so itˆs justified

Super fast shipping and response to email. Really appreciate that. The Christmas pyramid is beautiful but didn’t work because some pieces around the axle had become unglued and were causing excess friction. It took a while to figure out and correct the problem (with a bit of wood glue).

I revive my item in which I am very happy with it works great and is a very beautiful work of craftsmanship, however when I recieved it the box was crushed and damaged. When I open the box the item was in pieces however being part German I used my mechanical abilities after finding all the pieces in the crushed box with some wood glue and patience I reassembled it good as new ! I am happy with it

A lovely item, but was slightly damaged when received... my husband can fix it, but this is not the first time I’ve received something that has been damaged, which is disappointing because I love the products

delivery could be better! left the package standing in the hall and didn't deliver at the door! The two Erzgebirge palaces are brilliant and we are totally satisfied!

Not as well made as I expected for the money. The door of the mushroom had fallen off which I can live with but perhaps a small tube of wood glue could be included. In some places the glue used is clearly visible. The green glitter is ugly and poorly applied. I don 't have a opinion on customer service.

Your prices are better than most other sources for the same or similar products.

The box with the nutcracker in it had a large hole in its side when it was delivered. Fortunately the nutcracker wasn’t damaged but it could have been a disaster.

Given the Corona Virus Situation the Schwibbogen arrived very fast. We had to glue some figures on again but we are very happy with it.

Delivery company - top. UPS driver - very helpful. Was a bit disappointed with the packaging. What was meant to protect fragile figures actually snagged on one of the shepherds crook's and it came out. Had to bend it to put it back in and it looks now unsightly. 1 of the wooden knobs, 1 of the bottom candle holders and 1 corner piece had to be glued back on. Not up to usual German standards

The delivery was a bit late and the panel was not treaded with care. The panel had holes and some of the fragile items were damaged to the transport. The candle arch was poorly assembled as the inside lightbulbs were not even in the socket. So I had to open the whole thing up and try to get the bulbs out of the little opening. Also the top candles were not glued in place nicely.
