I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.

I have bought these puzzles every year for family and friends at Christmas. Even before the changed their name from myphotopuzzle. Whilst the quality has always been excellent, this year we had a slight issue with the cut of the pieces, it was as though once printed, the puzzle had been cut on an angle, so pieces in the top right corner were huge, and pieces in the bottom right corner were less than half thier normal size, and as such didn't fit together properly.
Although this might sound like I'm giving negative feedback, in truth I really just want to make PuxzleYou aware of the issue. I have in fact had nearly 10 years of great products from them and would rate them highly.

You just need to add an option so I can add a US address as I have a UK bank account, but I live in the US. I couldn’t pay from my UK bank account directly and had to enter just the recipient’s details and pay on PayPal. That meant I had to pay the exchange rate.

For all orders placed in the UK shop, tax is remitted to the HMRS, whereas for orders delivered within the USA, tax must be paid to the US authorities. This is not the only reason why one cannot place such an order in our UK shop, the puzzles ordered in our US shop are produced in the USA.

Ordered as a birthday present. Haven't seen the jigsaw in person but my mother in law absolutely loves it! Delivery took longer than I expected however that was my fault as I hadn't realised the company was in Germany! Well worth the couple of extra days wait x

Easy design, good product
I created a collage of photos into a jigsaw as a present for Christmas. It was easy to design and add a title to. The puzzle itself is wonderful. The recipient will love it. Well packaged and arrived in plenty of time. The whole experience was good.

Efficient, Intuitive, good quality, good personisation options. Very reassuring that they give guidance on picture resolution and printed result not blurred. Fast turn around. Suggest aswell as box option a travel 'pencil case' with picture tag on zip.

I liked that a follow up email was sent to check that everything was in order and gad arrived safely. The email also provided a link to report any problems. I would definitely use a company that used trusted traders before one that doesn't.

We’ve used PuzzleYou (or its forerunner MyPhotoPuzzle) every year at Christmas for many years to produce a jigsaw of a photomontage of the year’s family photos. They’ve always produced very high quality products, on time and at a good price.

Easy to create a personalised puzzle. Good quality pieces and sturdy box. However to edit and rotate etc was a little frustrating. Not sure that rotation was an option. Overall very pleased and jigsaw made a great Wedding Anniversary gift.

Really pleased with the swift delivery and production of this puzzle.The puzzle pieces are still in the sealed clear bag, but they seem to be of good quality. The print is spot on, even the box seems solid. I would buy again.

Not sure 5 starts is 5 stars - I liked that I could take a photo and turn it into a puzzel. I liked that you provide frames that will fit the puzzel. Possible a greater choice of frames but really 5 starts is 5 stars.

Bought this as a present. The image on the box looks brill, I hope the finished puzzle is just as good, the pieces look to be of good quality. The only downsize is the price, but at least I bought it with a discount.

Good app, easy to use, lots of options for layouts. Product is really good. Only negative is that they write FotoPuzzle all over the delivery box so tricky to hide what it is from the wife when she takes delivery!

Great Customer Service
The puzzle arrived in good time. Unfortunately the box had been damaged in transit. As this was a gift, I raised this with them. Their customer service was very helpful and they sent a replacement in good time.

Very pleased with the product.
However the delivery was late and had been moved around the country before eventually arriving. I was informed three times of a change of delivery day, so I was kept in the loop.
