I was blown away by puzzleYOU. I heard of the company through a 3rd party voucher scheme and thought I'd give it a go. The website was so easy to navigate - especially as I'm not very tech savvy. I was surprised how easy it was to upload a variety of photos so I could choose the best one for a jigsaw. I didn't really understand that I could add a title to the box, until a pop us asked me to confirm that I wanted to proceed without one. So, I added my favourite holiday photo together with the location and date as a title. It's the perfect keepsake as well as a fun way to rekindle those memories. I love it! The tracking data was updated regularly and the package arrived, as rescheduled, a few days before the original ETA, and only 2 days after placing the order. I will definitely use this company again.

The puzzle itself was great, good quality. It was a gift and it was well received. However, the delivery side was a bit disappointing. I ordered it because it said it would arrive on time for Xmas then didn’t arrive on the day it said it would and I didn’t get an indication of when it would be, luckily it turned up on Xmas eve but I found out these puzzles are coming from Germany, which would be fine under normal circumstances but because of the EU shipping delays the delivery could’ve always have been delayed yet there is no mention of this on the website.

We are sorry that the UPS delivery time scale is not as precisely as you would have wished, but we are glad that your parcel arrived before Christmas.

Super easy to upload and set up the pictures for the puzzle. Very quick turn around, delivery and a great quality product. I was given one for Christmas - had 4 photos on it and I spent ages making it. Decided to buy one as a gift for a friend's birthday. Highly recommended.

Ordered 6 of these jigsaw puzzles now as they are great quality and I like being able to personalise the puzzle as well as the presentation box. Great choice of templates to. It would be nice if there was an option to choose more than one colour for the text (where there is more than one word).

I wanted to do something different for my mam's birthday. Looking for ideas from the hobbies she has I thought it would be a good idea to have a photograph of my dog, who she loves, made into a jigsaw. Mam lived it! The whole thing is full of quality from the box to the jigsaw itself.
