The puzzles are first class and the Website is easy to follow and use with a choice of layout and finishing (style and colour of box and personalising of text). My only complaint, not with the puzzles but with delivery, the site had suggested a puzzle for Mothers day, the suggest delivery time indicated I would get my order in plenty of time. I placed an order for two puzzles, one for my mum and one for my wife. I ordered a large piece puzzle for my mum (she's 84) and a smaller pieced puzzle for my wife. I placed my order and quickly received a receipt email with an indicative delivery date (still well before Mothers Day) A day or two later I received an email from a delivery company who stated my delivery date would be TWO days after Mothers Day. I reside within the UK (Northern Ireland) I immediately contacted puzzleYOU who basically stated it was beyond their control.
My point is the company should not make suggestions regarding delivery that they can't control or else tell their delivery company that delivery is required by a "latest date".
So yes their puzzles are brilliant but, on this occassion their delivery indications and customer care fell well clear of what I expected.

This may not be the fault of Puzzle, but somehow during the on line purchase, I found a “Free Gift” interceded for “ On That Ass” Boxer shorts. I didn’t want them but each time I refused, I couldn’t pass to the pay and complete stage. In the end I accepted the so called free gift, and completed the puzzle purchase. I was rushed into this decision because it was a gift that I desperately needed by Christmas. The puzzle arrived and I’m very satisfied with it. HOWEVER!! The free gift arrived from Netherlands telling me I was now a member, and I would now receive a Monthly delivery for which they have taken £9.99 from my Pay Pal Credit Card. Puzzle were authorised for the cost of the puzzle, but I’m at a loss to know how a second trader got access to my account.
I would like to know if Puzzle are implicated in this SCAM please, or are they even aware?
Pay Pal have cancelled the monthly £9.99 but only after I’ve lost the first payment.

I have used puzzle you before.
I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.

I liked the quality of the jigsaw. The picture was well represented and the box is smart.
I was disappointed when, within seconds of sending the picture I realised I sent the wrong one and you were even then unable to exchange it for the better one, and your response was not helpful. I realise that I should have sent the right picture in the first place, but as it was a gift for a recently widowed mother I needed to get it right and your intransigence meant that I had to buy a second jigsaw to make it better. A shame you are so difficult about this.Especially as I wrote within seconds of placing the order.

Expensive Jigsaw
I only used Puzzle You for my jigsaw purchase, as it was the only site I could find that supplied the pieces in a cardboard box and not in a tin. And the only site I could find where I could add a title for my jigsaw.
I know that if I had opted for the tin box with no title, I could have bought the jigsaw far far cheaper.
I admit I didn't spend hours looking at other sites, and Puzzle You have send a jigsaw in good condition, well packed and fast delivery.

My experience
Easy to select a photo and upload onto the PuzzleYou website and it let's you know if the resolution is of good enough quality to use. I would like to have been able to zoom or adjust my photo within the puzzle template though just to capture the best image possible. Delivery was reasonably quick. All good.

I had received a great present of a jigsaw with a family photo from Puzzle you previously, so I was keen to order one myself. The website couldn't have been easier to use. With so many choices, and the puzzle arrived within a few days. Excellent service, I am delighted with it!

Really pleased with the swift delivery and production of this puzzle.The puzzle pieces are still in the sealed clear bag, but they seem to be of good quality. The print is spot on, even the box seems solid. I would buy again.
