I was blown away by puzzleYOU. I heard of the company through a 3rd party voucher scheme and thought I'd give it a go. The website was so easy to navigate - especially as I'm not very tech savvy. I was surprised how easy it was to upload a variety of photos so I could choose the best one for a jigsaw. I didn't really understand that I could add a title to the box, until a pop us asked me to confirm that I wanted to proceed without one. So, I added my favourite holiday photo together with the location and date as a title. It's the perfect keepsake as well as a fun way to rekindle those memories. I love it! The tracking data was updated regularly and the package arrived, as rescheduled, a few days before the original ETA, and only 2 days after placing the order. I will definitely use this company again.

The puzzle itself was great, good quality. It was a gift and it was well received. However, the delivery side was a bit disappointing. I ordered it because it said it would arrive on time for Xmas then didn’t arrive on the day it said it would and I didn’t get an indication of when it would be, luckily it turned up on Xmas eve but I found out these puzzles are coming from Germany, which would be fine under normal circumstances but because of the EU shipping delays the delivery could’ve always have been delayed yet there is no mention of this on the website.

The product itself I have had no issue with; however the product was l delivered 8 days later than whe originally stated and was actually later in the end than the occasion it was bought for.

As we are used to our parcels being delivered on the third working day at the latest, we were just as disappointed to see that something seems to have gone seriously wrong at UPS, resulting in this very unusual delay. We apologise for this and hope that the recipient is happy with his gift after all.

Puzzle itself is excellent quality as per previous purchases. Well packaged, well priced, dispatched quickly and exactly what I ordered. Delivery was rubbish though - it was delivered to a local collection point because the delivery driver couldn’t be arsed to follow a short diversion to access the delivery address. Won’t prevent me from reordering though.

the most current delivery time -with consideration of all circumstances- can always be found in our shop under the order button that says "Create it here". We are sorry that the UPS delivery time scale is not as precisely as you would have wished, but we are glad that your parcel arrived before Christmas.

It is a very good service, good quality puzzles, having the analysis of the pic resolution, giving feedback about the quality of the end product. Ordering and delivery always straight forward and according to the expectations, I have ordered more than 5 products for my little boy. I would give 5 stars if the pricing was a bit better or there would be any loyalty discount, the pricing is expensive.

Cannot fault the company for their swift reaction to issues. A replacement was quickly organised as soon as they realised my frame had arrived with broken glass. A refund was also quickly made when a second frame arrived more smashed up than the first. The low star rating is based purely on the inability of the courier they choose to use being able to carefully deliver their breakable products.

With a high charge for delivery I expected it to be prompt but I received at least three emails about delays. It took ten days to come and I only received it after I had spotted the van and asked the driver for it. I paid extra for a gift box but it was nothing special I was slightly disappointed.

After we put so much effort into sending the beautiful photo puzzle out already the very next day, it is just as disappointing for us to have to see that a single UPS driver destroys all this effort. The gift packaging is, as shown in the preview, indeed a simple but purposeful gift box into which the puzzle box is slid.

We were a bit disappointed that the colours weren't a bit brighter and a lot of detail in the trees wasn't there as was in the original photo. The photo was accepted as suitable when I made the order. It was all a lot darker than it should have been.

The colours on the puzzle pieces would have been much brighter if the photo had not been taken against the sun. If the sun shines on your face instead of your back, the sun serves as the most natural possible exposure source and all the colours can be picked up by the camera in much more detail.

The product was excellent, couldn't fault it. Shame delivery let it down. Despite changing the delivery date we arrived home to find it had been sitting on our doorstep for 4 days in full view.

Great customer service but the jigsaw photo was much darker than the actual photo. They did reprint the jigsaw but I was still disappointed.

One of our colleagues meant too well and edited your underexposed photo, but unfortunately made it too bright. We are not satisfied until you are, which is why you will receive another copy. This time we will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Colour replication of photo on jigsaw was much darker than expected. Makes jigsaw much more difficult for recipient who has sight problems.

If you had asked us before ordering if the photo was all right, we would have examined the photo and informed you that it is quite underexposed. We then would have returned an edited version of the photo and you would have been able to place the order with a considerably brighter photo. We are sorry that you seem to have been of the opinion that your photo was sufficiently exposed.

Apart from the order confirmation, in which you find a link to the status of your order, we always send a shipping confirmation with a link to the track & trace system of the courier, where you are kept informed of the status of the shipment. We had hoped that the reason why you have to pay more for a personalised item than for an off the shelf product would be obvious. It may have escaped your notice that you have received a product on which, unlike other manufacturers, we give a 15-year guarantee.
