Item ok but delivery was terrible. Due on 25/26th March and after emails and phone calls we had to collect on 30th March. Slight error on address but no-one from UPS rang to query. Hopeless

Unfortunately, down-loaded photo image was blurred and grainy - unable to do the puzzle. I do recall a warning being given when creating the puzzle - but I chose to ignore it - at my cost.....

the actual quality of jigsaw isn't great, colours are not very vivid and pieces do not always have the best fit

We can only guarantee vivid colours if the main subject has been correctly exposed in shooting. In your case, the bride and groom were in a van. For this reason, the present sunlight -which could have reflected the colours perfectly- was impeded from carrying out its work.

The picture I chose for the jigsaw was rated good, but the jigsaw was blurry and didn’t have the full picturr. It had been cropped.

This puzzle was a gift the puzzle couldn’t be competed as a piece is missing. This is very disappointing as the picture was intended to be framed on completion

Ordering was confused because it wouldn't accept my invoice address nor the postcode of the delivery address. I tried several times, eventually had the order delivered to my address. Delivery was very quick BUT 3 puzzles arrived.. Being personalised the surplus couldn't be returned. I have been offered some refund. Be very careful if you order. If you think it hasn't gone through don't redo it

Only if the address details have been accepted you will be led to the payment area. If you click the "Pay now" button and you are not sure if the payment has gone through, it is indeed better to contact the customer service rather than reordering and clicking the "Pay now" button again.

Mot Sure why I’ve got this. I’ve not received my order yet was given a date before Xmas in ordering but when confirmation came through said it would be here after 27th. I don’t have it yet so can’t comment on the product but not sure why they say before Xmas Id this is not The case

Every year before Christmas, we count with a lot more work and also provide more staff, but this year the demand had increased so much that we could not avoid a delay in the games production. It was our fault that we did not respond to this adequately. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope that the game itself meets the expectations.

The jigsaw I ordered arrived on time and as far as I know it’s ok, as it’s a present. The jigsaw was supposed to come gift wrapped for me and it didn’t. I contacted customer services about this by email a week ago and still haven’t heard anything back. So slightly dissatisfied in this service

We use to answer to e-mails within a very short time. In your case a response was sent 19 minutes later, in which we asked you if you still want us to send the missing gift box, or rather have a refund. We are looking forward to receiving your answer.

Our product came damaged, there were two pieces that were stuck together as it wasn’t cut properly and was damaged. We only found out when we put the puzzle together.

UPS delivery was poor - delivered to local drop off point rather than my house saying I was out. However, can't let that detract from what was a slick, efficient online service. Only reason I've not given 5 for the product is that the puzzle's yet to be done so can't confirm it's as I ordered it Would certainly use company again though.

Was sent incorrect set 3 times, 2 of them were misaligned (2000 pieces). Asked for a 1000 set instead to get rid of misalignment but ended up with a set with 4 pieces missing, no response from customer service after that. Ended up assembling 5000 pieces and still didn't get what I paid for

I had huge problems loading photos online , it doesn't allow you to save what you have already put in place and edited .I was in tears at 1am when everything disappeared and I had to start again. Used my son's mac and it worked Was then too late for the delivery as I needed to present this as part of a leaving present. So felt sad & very frustrated .it had sat in Luton for 3 days apparently
