We received your e-mail with your wish to cancel 10 days after the order was placed. People often place several orders at different shops nowadays and are not always aware if payments went through or not. This is why we send a reminder after 10 days. We are sorry that we did not exclude this sensitive situation from our efforts to always inform our customers about the status of their order.

The less said about the 1st order the better a couple of weeks ago. And the latest order still! hasn't arrived. And Ive emailed and enquired where my puzzle had got to yesterday.. And no reply. UPS, website hopeless as well Not at all impressed at all

Both orders have been delivered within the expected time line. After receipt of the shipping confirmation, it may still take hours for the parcels to arrive at the UPS distribution centre. The tracking system cannot be activated before the parcels have been scanned and taken into receipt by UPS.

Our puzzle frames are tailor made for our premium photo puzzles and do not fit ordinary jigsaws. We will be glad to take care of a refund, after the frames have been sent back.

DO NOT BUY PUZZLE MAT. THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN GERMANY IF YOU WANT TO RETURN FROM UK YOU HAVE TO PAY. PUZZLE MST IS A LIGHT PIECE OF GREEN FELT AND A CARDBOARD TUBE PAINTED RED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT BOTHERED.

my delivery has not arrived nearly 10 days later and communication is vague and verging on non-existent. I have still not recd a response and to when it will be delivered. really disappointing over Christmas as well. would not use these again. cannot comment on the product as not received.

Although we, as the producer, have no influence on the final lap of the delivery, we apologize for this truely mishap. It is indeed very disappointing that all our efforts to produce and ship your order within two working days (in the week before Christmas), was spoiled by a silly courier driver, who allegedly was not able to find your address.

We understand your disappointment, since you placed your order early enough for a delivery in time before Christmas. As your photo puzzel was produced a production error has occurred with fatal consequences for the delivery time. We know we can't make up for a ruined Christmas, but we hope you'll accept our apologies for that.

Some customers do order blank puzzles, that's why it was not noticed in production. We apologize for this mistake and for the inconvenience this has caused to you. Terrible I got a frame for a 2000 piece jigsaw and it doesnt fit my 2000 piece jigsaw. I emailed the company to complain and got nothing back £40 waste of money.

We are sorry that you must have overseen the information in the shopping cart, saying: "frame for our photo puzzle with 2000 pieces".When you send us the frame back, we will of course refund the money that has been paid for the frame.

Will never use this company again Sent me a damaged frame with smashed glass Sent me another frame which was too small then wouldn't give me a refund. Disgusting.

We did ofcourse not send you a damaged frame, it was damaged in transport. If you do not happen to owe one of our photo puzzles, than please check the size of your jigsaw before ordering a frame. If you return the incorrectly ordered frame, we will certainly refund the money that has been paid for the frame.

Still waiting on my puzzle which was due to deliver 13th June Ruined as it was suppose to be a beautiful gift to my dad from my daughter. I was so upset about it I wouldn’t order again and still waiting for this issue to be resolved
