my delivery has not arrived nearly 10 days later and communication is vague and verging on non-existent. I have still not recd a response and to when it will be delivered. really disappointing over Christmas as well. would not use these again. cannot comment on the product as not received.

Although we, as the producer, have no influence on the final lap of the delivery, we apologize for this truely mishap. It is indeed very disappointing that all our efforts to produce and ship your order within two working days (in the week before Christmas), was spoiled by a silly courier driver, who allegedly was not able to find your address.

We understand your disappointment, since you placed your order early enough for a delivery in time before Christmas. As your photo puzzel was produced a production error has occurred with fatal consequences for the delivery time. We know we can't make up for a ruined Christmas, but we hope you'll accept our apologies for that.

Some customers do order blank puzzles, that's why it was not noticed in production. We apologize for this mistake and for the inconvenience this has caused to you. Meanwhile our service team has taken care of a quick replacement. Since 4 days you are in possession of a perfect photo puzzle, which we hope you will enjoy.

Terrible I got a frame for a 2000 piece jigsaw and it doesnt fit my 2000 piece jigsaw. I emailed the company to complain and got nothing back £40 waste of money.

We are sorry that you must have overseen the information in the shopping cart, saying: "frame for our photo puzzle with 2000 pieces".When you send us the frame back, we will of course refund the money that has been paid for the frame.

Will never use this company again Sent me a damaged frame with smashed glass Sent me another frame which was too small then wouldn't give me a refund. Disgusting.

We did ofcourse not send you a damaged frame, it was damaged in transport. If you do not happen to owe one of our photo puzzles, than please check the size of your jigsaw before ordering a frame. If you return the incorrectly ordered frame, we will certainly refund the money that has been paid for the frame.

Still waiting on my puzzle which was due to deliver 13th June Ruined as it was suppose to be a beautiful gift to my dad from my daughter. I was so upset about it I wouldn’t order again and still waiting for this issue to be resolved

Quality bad, box damaged, took 2 days to get response from emails, and no answer on the phone line. Still waiting refund for postage as item came 4 days after expected. Disappointed.

We gave all our efforts to have your order shipped the next morning, but unfortunately there seem to have been an accident at the airport -as UPS informed us- which seems to have been the reason why your parcel arrived with a delay and damaged. We are very sorry for this. In the meantime our financial department has taken care of the refund.

Not as yet received it as I let you know. on 6th Feb- you were going to get back to me but I have not heard anything. I need this for my Granddaughters birthday on the 25th.

Terrible quality puzzle The puzzle was very badly cut, neighbouring pieces had to be forced into place and the end result is a puzzle with very defined dents and lines all the way through the puzzle

This was our mistake and we apologize for having sent you a photo puzzle that does not meet our high standard. Our customer support has proposed to sent a replacement puzzle within 2 days, but you chose to have a refund. In the meantime our financial department has sent you your money back.
