I was blown away by puzzleYOU. I heard of the company through a 3rd party voucher scheme and thought I'd give it a go. The website was so easy to navigate - especially as I'm not very tech savvy. I was surprised how easy it was to upload a variety of photos so I could choose the best one for a jigsaw. I didn't really understand that I could add a title to the box, until a pop us asked me to confirm that I wanted to proceed without one. So, I added my favourite holiday photo together with the location and date as a title. It's the perfect keepsake as well as a fun way to rekindle those memories. I love it! The tracking data was updated regularly and the package arrived, as rescheduled, a few days before the original ETA, and only 2 days after placing the order. I will definitely use this company again.

The puzzle itself was great, good quality. It was a gift and it was well received. However, the delivery side was a bit disappointing. I ordered it because it said it would arrive on time for Xmas then didn’t arrive on the day it said it would and I didn’t get an indication of when it would be, luckily it turned up on Xmas eve but I found out these puzzles are coming from Germany, which would be fine under normal circumstances but because of the EU shipping delays the delivery could’ve always have been delayed yet there is no mention of this on the website.

The box looks good,puzzle quality no bed,but they don't print the photo inside om a4 paper or on the box anyway they can put small picture on paper imside box..how make puzzle if you don't know what is inside..now need go to make picture and put inside box..

Due to the large range of puzzle boxes, we have divided our puzzle boxes into 4 categories: 1. Classic boxes 2. Boxes without any example 3. Birthday boxes 4. Theme boxes You have selected a puzzle box from category 2. These puzzle boxes are actually meant for customers, who want the puzzle to remain a surprise until it is completed. These customers use their photo puzzle e.g. for occasions like a marriage proposal or to announce pregnancy. It would be inappropriate to make the surprise fail by putting a picture in the box. That is why we have given this box category a name that speaks for itself.

After we have given so much effort to send your photo puzzle already the next day, it is as disappointing for us to see that the courier did not keep the promise and delivered with a delay as an exception to the rule. we hope that, although the gift came too late, grandma is nevertheless very happy with her beautiful puzzle, which we have produced so carefully and competently.

My item was sent by UPS who could not find entry to my building. I have provided my telephone number when ordering the item (puzzle). I Was made to wait at home for two days and the delivery was kept being rescheduled without explanation. If my number was given to UPS, the item would arrive on time for my nephews birthday. Request a refund - no reply.

It is a pity that you seem to have overseen in the order confirmation that your address was not entered correctly and the street name and house number were missing. UPS simply had no way to deliver the parcel. In the meantime, they have received the correction of the address details and will deliver your parcel soon.

Not happy with this product as text was added that should have been taken out. The text was added after my actual text was put in and I thought it was there incase to remind you that you can put text in. The awful words put your text here was left in and printed on the pic. instead of decent customer service I was met with a rude reply blaming it all on me. Awful customer service! Awful product!

We offer the possibility to design a puzzle entirely by yourself, but we expect our customers not to confirm the order if the preview shows something that is not wanted. I ordered a memorial puzzle for my best friends birthday of his dead parrot, when it came it was really dark you could barely see any colour which was pretty disappointing, I wrote a complaint well over a week ago and still havent heard anything back which I am quite annoyed about as it was supposed to be something special I would expect better customer service to be honest.

As the photograph is not as sharp as needed, we would like to ask you to send us a better picture instead. We will then immediately arrange for a replacement.

This was ordered by my neighbor who was not impressed. She contacted your company who said they could find no record of the order & no payment details. The payment was taken from my bank account. I spoke to someone who asked me to phone back with some details, this I did but was told she was unavailable but would phone me back but never has

Unfortunately I have not received my puzzle. It apparently was delivered on an unscheduled day. No signature from myself. So lost in rye in the post and delivery. Trying to navigate through the UPS web site is really difficult. So I can only offer one star. Sorry. I would still like my puzzle but it’s now becoming a bit of a nightmare.

After we have done our best in this busy time to get your parcel out on time, it is disappointing for us too to see that the courier goes wrong in the last few metres. Good that you have contacted our service team and asked for intervention. It sometimes takes ages before such a parcel is found again and finally returned to us. Our service team has therefore arranged for a new photo puzzle to be made, which has left our production this morning.

Shocking company ! Avoid at all costs. The image on the website and the image on the puzzle box is totally different. There is no automatic prompt that clearly states using a certain photo will result in a blury image , then they have the cheek to blame you for that error and ask you to construct the item to proove it is blury!

We are very sorry for what happened, but we need to contradict your statement. Immediately after having uploaded a photo, a preview appears with a 5 star rating for resolution. Your photo got only two stars, which indicates that this photo will end up in a only 2 star printing result. On top of that, your picture was blurred. We understand that e.g. on the small screen of a mobile phone it might be difficult to recognise that a photo is not sharp, but we assume that the customer takes the low star rating as a reason for not confirming the order and asking us for advice.

I assumed a 1000 piece puzzle would be normal size pieces, unfortunately these are so small I doubt my son and his family will do it, very dissatisfied, I didn’t read anywhere the pieces were extra small. Should definitely be stated on the page, buyers beware of the size of the pieces.

In the navigation at the top of the website you will find the term "Photo Puzzle". When you go to it, a tab opens where all formats of photo puzzles are shown. By clicking on, for example, "Photo puzzle with 1000 pieces", you will be taken to the product page, where you will find all the details about the 1000 piece photo puzzle, including the size of the pieces. The size of 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles is not standardised, but as the difference of the whole jigsaw puzzle compared to those of other producers is at most a few cm, the pieces of a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle are generally identical in terms of their circumference. Compared to the 48, 100 and 200 piece puzzles that are intended for children, the pieces of a 1000 piece puzzle are of course quite small. Despite or rather because of this, our 1000 piece photo puzzle has been the most chosen photo puzzle for already more than 10 years

Item hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. Reported and they said they would contact UPS and update me. Been over a week and no email to say where my item is. Requested a refund. They have said it's been issued but let's see if I receive it!

There are 3 pieces missing! Only adults have been doing the jigsaw and we’ve been very careful. It would be 5 stars if we had all the pieces. The picture and quality are great. Disappointing as it cost a lot of money.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle and its got pieces from another jigsaw puzzle in with it and my one has lots of pieces missing from it. Now it's too late to get a replacement or my money back

Gave them a great picture in black and white from my wedding, on their chart scored excellent quality and got a verry bad quality print. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

In order to bring the couple more into the foreground, photographers use a technique whereby the background is blurred. This is fatal on a puzzle with 2000 small pieces. Together with only black & white tones the highest level of difficulty is reached. In this case, we are sure that it is not due to printing, but please feel free to send us a picture of the completed puzzle for verification.

For a better overview, we have divided the enormous amount of puzzle box designs into 5 categories: 1. Christmas boxes 2. Classic boxes 3. Boxes without any example 4. Birthday boxes 5. Theme boxes The boxes from the third category are extra named "Boxes without any example", because there is neither an example of the photo on the box, nor in the box. These puzzle boxes are intended for customers who want the puzzle to remain a surprise until it has been completely assembled. In the meantime the service team has sent you an example by e-mail.

After you reported to us that your parcel did not arrive within the expected time, we wanted to start with a re-production of your puzzle. We noticed however that the resolution of your photo was too low. We therefore sent you an email asking if you could send us a better photo or if you would rather have a refund.
