Delivery speed and process were all excellent (although I couldn’t find a save’ facility on the website so I had to rebuild my puzzle after having to power down my iPad for an unrelated reason). The photos on the box looked gorgeous but I didn’t want to undo the cellophane as it was a present so I can’t vouch for the quality of the cardboard pieces inside nor how they were presented.
