I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.

I have bought these puzzles every year for family and friends at Christmas. Even before the changed their name from myphotopuzzle. Whilst the quality has always been excellent, this year we had a slight issue with the cut of the pieces, it was as though once printed, the puzzle had been cut on an angle, so pieces in the top right corner were huge, and pieces in the bottom right corner were less than half thier normal size, and as such didn't fit together properly.
Although this might sound like I'm giving negative feedback, in truth I really just want to make PuxzleYou aware of the issue. I have in fact had nearly 10 years of great products from them and would rate them highly.

Order arrived late for Christmas
Bought a personalised puzzle for my wife for Christmas and was assured it would arrive before Dec 25. It didn't arrive until about five days after. Very disappointed.

In the week before Christmas, our production team worked 24/7 and, as a result, we managed to get your order shipped within 24h. So in that respect, we did a tremendous job. For all employees, this Christmas was ideal, 4 days off in a row. But of course this also applied to the people working in the courier services, which is why we understand your disappointment after your parcel arrived at the distribution centre in Croydon on the Friday before Christmas, but got stuck there and was not forwarded on the route to Raynes Park.
Although we as producers cannot help the fact that the Friday before Christmas must have been a madhouse at this distribution centre, we apologise for the delay and hope that the puzzle will provide enjoyment after all.

Was part of my grandsons Xmas present - arrived on 28th Dec.
Maybe the delivery companies fault. Just disappointed.

According to the information provided by UPS, there were disruptions in the Eurotunnel, which prevented some shipments from being delivered on time. This is a case of force majeure, which is why we have not been able to see this delay coming in advance. We are very sorry for the delay and we also want to apologise on behalf of UPS for the inconvenience caused. We know we can't make up for a ruined Christmas surprise, but we hope the gift will still bring joy even afterwards.

After having uploaded a photo, a preview appears with a 5 star rating for the resolution of the chosen photograph. In your case only 1 star was given, meaning that your photo had a very low resolution. Furthermore the photograph contained some signs, which show that you seem not to have uploaded the original photograph but a downsized version that probably has gone through social media. We are sorry that you did not ask us for advice and went ahead with the order despite the poor rating of the photo. The higher the resolution of a photo, the sharper the printing result.

At the time of ordering the estimated delivery date was Wed, 27/12/2023 – Thu, 28/12/2023. According to UPS your parcel was left on Thursday, December 28 at 9:30 at your porch. In case you did not happen to find your parcel there, please be so kind as to contact our customer service. they will have UPS launch an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel.

I liked the quality of the jigsaw. The picture was well represented and the box is smart.
I was disappointed when, within seconds of sending the picture I realised I sent the wrong one and you were even then unable to exchange it for the better one, and your response was not helpful. I realise that I should have sent the right picture in the first place, but as it was a gift for a recently widowed mother I needed to get it right and your intransigence meant that I had to buy a second jigsaw to make it better. A shame you are so difficult about this.Especially as I wrote within seconds of placing the order.

I was really pleased with the way puzzleYOU handled my order. When I was placing my order, I accidentally didn’t put my house number. I contacted them after around 3 days and my package hadn’t arrived. They told me what I was missing and as soon as I got the email, I replied with the correct information and within 2 days, my parcel was at my door step. Also, they were really quick with contacting me. They wrote back to nearly all my emails the day I sent them.

Expensive Jigsaw
I only used Puzzle You for my jigsaw purchase, as it was the only site I could find that supplied the pieces in a cardboard box and not in a tin. And the only site I could find where I could add a title for my jigsaw.
I know that if I had opted for the tin box with no title, I could have bought the jigsaw far far cheaper.
I admit I didn't spend hours looking at other sites, and Puzzle You have send a jigsaw in good condition, well packed and fast delivery.

This was my second puzzle order and the image I chose worked very well. The last one had too many areas clipped to black (my fault, poor choice), which made assembling the puzzle difficult. If the app could have alerted me to clipped areas, I may have chosen a different pic. This time, the puzzle was missing a few pieces, but you promptly replaced the puzzle and sent it to another country (the original was a gift) and made a 93 year old lady very happy!

Loved the boxes. Only reason not given an overall 5 star is that my photo wasn't on the front of the boxes.. So will have to print it off individually and put inside the boxes. This could have been my own fault as I didn't realise that you needed to state thar you wanted the jigsaw picture on the front of the box. Apart from this problem, the whole experience was a good one and the end results where excellent. Kind regards Rosie Nicholson

To make the large number of layouts more manageable, we have divided our puzzle boxes into 5 categories:
1. Classic boxes
2. Christmas boxes
3. Boxes without any example
4. Birthday boxes
5. Theme boxes
You have selected a puzzle box from category 3. These puzzle boxes are actually intended for customers, who want the puzzle to remain a surprise until it has been completed. For example, when there is a marriage proposal on the puzzle or the announcement of a grandchild.

Great quality personalised puzzle
Love the puzzle and how easy it was to make.
My mother shed a tear when she got it for Christmas!
Would love the option to create an account so that I can save progress or versions of a puzzle I am trying to make. It is frustrating that I had to start again so many times between creating a version and making the decision that it was the right version.
Won't stop me using the service again, but would make it a far better experience.

2nd Puzzle Ordered & Highly Recommend
This is the second puzzle we have ordered for my puzzle-mad Dad and both have been amazing. The website is very easy to use and customize to make it your own (love that you can pick fonts and size), the production and delivery always surprises me by how quick it is and - most importantly - the quality of the puzzle, box and high-res photo printing is always amazing. An excellent service thank you. It was easy to upload the photos to the order form (I ordered 3 jigsaws) along with the rest of the usual address and payment details. All 3 jigsaws arrived 5 days later, in good substantial packaging and in excellent condition. I was also, kept informed of the delivery date and time. Extremely pleased with this company and service and would highly recommend.

My daughter bought me a personalised puzzle from you several years ago of my grandchildren and once completed it took pride of place on my livong room wall . Time obviously changes how we look so i decided it was time to update . Amazed at the quality once again and look i look forward to tackling its construction . Will definitely purchase another soon .
