item arrived well package which was a 200 piece zigsaw, counted the pieces before starting and there was one piece missing.

This is the 3rd year ive purchased a puzzle from myphotopuzzle.co.uk, Delivery and Customer service were both fine but the print quality of the puzzle was extremely poor in comparison to previous years. Each year the pictures were bases on photos from the same camera and were rated as excellent quality when uploaded so im unsure as to why the final print was so poor. I wont be using them again.

I have had two previous puzzles which were fabulous, they are on my wall and have been very much admired - however - when the third one arrived it had one grandchild missing When I spoke to an advisor I was told they had cut him off because the photo was too long for their machine How can this be acceptable ?? No refund because I’d paid through PayPal

We do of course not deliberately cut off family members, it is technically just not possible to adapt a photo that is wider than the 4:3 aspect ratio of a puzzle. In order to avoid persons or important objects being cut off, we show a preview with all cutting lines directly after the upload. We are very sorry that you must have overseen this. Our service team will contact you to find a solution.

Had to wait in all day for delivery, not impressed The only timescale I received was by the end of the day at 4pm. Did not realise the product came from Germany. I prefer to shop with a UK business.

You are right about the fact that UPS does not give a time indication. We agree that for that matter UPS is a bit old-fashioned. For those who do not want to wait all day at home, they do however offer a delivery to a pick-up point nearby. We hope that you will nevertheless enjoy your photo puzzle.

Unfortunately the our jigsaw was missing 11 pieces and had 2 extra pieces which werent even from our jigsaw

Arrived 4 days late which meant missed the Birthday was brought for - the reason I picked this company over cheaper providers was because of the fast delivery. When emailed first got a response apologising but then had to send several emails following up as got no further responses and when I finally did was rude.

We are happy that 98% of our shipments arrive as foreseen. We are very sorry that the transport of your parcel has been delayed by a sorting mistake and missed connections. When ordered for a birthday, this is indeed very annoying. Our employees are however depending on the information UPS gives us. We apologize for the fact that we have not been able to send you more updates.

The frame I ordered for a 500 piece puzzle was too small for the puzzle. Also, the delivery didn't go well because UPS didn't even try to reach me to ask for an alternative for the delivery as I wasn't home.

Our puzzle frames do not fit jigsaw puzzles from other producers. We assume that you did not realise, that "500" is an amount, not a size. The size of a jigsaw puzzle is usually printed on the puzzle box. In the shopping cart the product information was as follows: "Frame for our photo puzzle with 500 pieces". We are sorry, that you must have overseen this.
