My puzzle arrived damaged, a week late and the customer service was poor. Very disappointed as I had received one as a gift previously that was perfect and I had even recommended them to other people.

We are very sorry that the courier did not deliver your order within the expected time frame and did not handle your parcel with the necessary care. We have taken care of a full refund for the damaged photo puzzle. We are however of the opinion that our customer service employees have done their best to mediate with UPS and cannot be held responsible for this unfortunate delay.

The number 1000 on a puzzle box only refers to the number of pieces, not to the size of the jigsaw inside.Our puzzle frames are tailor-made for our photo puzzles only and do not fit ordinary puzzles. Therefore the product description in the shopping cart is as follows: Frame for our photo puzzles with 1000 pieces.

Delivery was fast and efficient, The photo I submitted was far too dark to easily put the jigsaw together. The pieces are very loose, not at all tight as I might expect of a jigsaw that costs what it costs. Did not engage with customer service so I can't rate it. On the whole I am pretty disappointed

Normally our puzzles don't have the pieces too loose, so there must have been an error in the die-cutting process. If you could send a picture made of the cutting lines to the customer service, they will be able to assess whether this is the case and then send you a replacement.

Delivery was absolutely awful. My order never got delivered to my house and then I had to ask where my order was and I got told my order was left at a local store. If I never asked I wouldnt of known where my order was and after I spent so much money on delivery I was very annoyed. Be aware that they use a awful delivery company.

We always send a shipping confirmation with a parcel number. We are afraid you must have overseen this. By clicking the parcel number the status of the delivery can be viewed at any time. UPS delivers 98% of our daily shipments without any special incidents. We are glad to intervene though, if something unexpected happens. We hope that our craftsmanship finally overshadows the delivery experience.

The canvas we received was not good as one of the subjects had half his forehead missing. On turning it round and looking at the back the rest of the picture was there it obviously had,not been set up properly. I would like a full refund and I will send it back if you wish. It's no use to me as it was a gift.

Parcel took 13 days to be delivered and was told by customer service to call UPS and deal with the mater myself!...had to ask for delivery charge to be refunded as didn't even occur to them to offer Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend

The only reason why we asked you to contact the UPS customer service is because UPS stated that there must be something wrong with the given address, against which you claimed that the address was correct. We thought it would be the most efficient solution to clear what exactly made them not being able to find your address with UPS directly.

I'm actually still waiting due to complete shambles from UPS delivery they use. But products and communications with company good but UPS delivery gives them poor ratings

Its a good product, however I think it boasts a very high price tag for what it is. I had the personalized jigsaw, but made a spelling mistake. As much as I know this is my fault, as all of the photos are in Florida, you think the staff would of realized that I accidentally missed the D in Florida, even if they would of made a simple curtesy call to check it would of been appreciated. Wasted £40!

With thousands of photo puzzles running through our automated production system every night, it is impossible to slow down the production line to see if someone might have made a spelling mistake. We can only advise to always check the preview before confirming the order. With our speed the puzzle is produced and packed before your breakfast egg has been boiled.

Sent you a message ,very disappointed because the frame for the 1000 piece jigsaw both purchased from yourselves is too small for the finished jigsaw ,so ive sent an email with sizes on hopefully you'll send a postage paid sticker and either a refund or a frame that fits

Very disappointed as I emailed with a change 30 mins after order placed. Received acknowledgement that email received, but product still arrived incorrect. Very expensive for product received especially as I did everything according to vendor instructions. Was offered 30% off my next order however will never use this vendor again.

In an interview we asked our customers if they would like us to start immediately after confirming or if we should wait one hour or possibly one night in case someone did not carefully check the preview and did not notice that a typo was made. 99% of the customers who replied wrote that they would like us to produce and deliver as quickly as possible and that is exactly what we do.

Delivery just outside timescales advised for Covid-19 (understandable/acceptable.) Website difficult to use: not possible to drag & drop the 25 photos (tiny using a phone) & I made a mistake, repeating 1 pic twice. Realised error & quickly contacted customer services. Dismissive & unhelpful response. Therefore spent almost £40 on Mum's 80th birthday gift which is spoiled. Very disappoint

I can not fault the quality but I had please enter text here was printed across one of the pictures in the puzzle!! Surely the company should have a policy where, if this happens an e-mail, or text alert can be sent to the customer. It was obviously a mistake by myself ( I am new to this type of online ordering) customer service attItude when I rang was awful ( my fault, tough luck!!)

This was a present for my friend. Since I ordered it I didn't receive not even one email,,,not even when they dispatched it,,,or when it was out for delivery. The puzzle is nice and arrived quick but not information at all.
