Only thing would be to maybe give an estimated delivery date at the time of ordering specific items - I ordered over a weekend and so had to wait for the email to tell me when it would be delivered. It was delivered quickly, but it would be better to know more in advance really to make preparation for the delivery. And even though the delivery man delivered to my doorstep (along a pathway), he must have dragged it as the end packaging at both ends was ripped & muddy. Luckily not through to the vinyl so you wrap them very well. But apart from that, I'm very happy with them - 2nd or 3rd time I've used them and will use them again. Great prices, great customer service guys, great products.
I paid for a sample, then had to pay postage to get it delivered. The sample was superb so I placed the order. Vinyl arrived, completely different. Different name to sample, although correct number. They said batch was slightly paler, nonsense. Offered 10 % discount. Samples must represent order as this is breach of contract. Picture shows small sample on top of delivered roll.

vynil flooring arrived very unsatisfactory condition. with printing ink smudged over large areas . and really not satisfied with this . Inwas offered 30 percent discount amounting to 66 pounds I want it replaced completely.

Unfortunately you didn't have the flooring I wanted and was only notified after paying . But was offer to wait or to change it .as 8 had already pulled the floor up after ordering I didn't want to wait .
The delivery guys was lovely and so helpful not sure of there names but would like to give them credit . This is my second time ordering and I would order again tank you

Very easy to order. I was kept advised all along about my order - whether it was in stock, when it would be delivered (and by who). It was delivered exactly as I was advised - well wrapped and appears to be in perfect condition and as described on the website. I haven't actually opened and laid it yet!!

Had no problem ordering from the company, but was a bit disappointed with delivery that was delayed by two days so that meant I was not in when package was delivered, then driver ignored large sign on door to leave at neighbours ,but the product is great

Great service, I placed an order online and it wasn't in stock, they offered me a 5%discount for the delay if I went ahead with my order. I didn't have to wait too long as it was delivered today. They kept me updated about my order and delivery.

Still waiting for my order, delivery driver said my shop was closed even though I waiting outside and they didn’t even try!! The picture sent was absolutely nowhere near to where my shop is!!
