I sent an email enquiring whether the selected vinyl was the same as my last order. I was surprised by a telephone call explaining that the supplier had changed and the vinyl maybe slightly different. I was most grateful for the call as it enabled me to make my decision whether to risk it or change the design.
The subsequent order came very quickly as had the previous two orders.

I ordered a vinyl which was confirmed by email as being in stock. I received confirmation from the delivery company that they had been informed of the order. I also recieved an email from Vinyl Flooring UK to say it had been shipped, only to then be told it was out of stock. Total waste of time.
