Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Not the best quality paper

The quality of the poster I received was quite poor. The paper was so thin and for the cost plus post it was £19. It was creased and doesn’t sit straight in the frame. It looks wavy not flat.

The paper is ageing-resistant and we've chosen to use a matte surface for a high-quality feel with no glare. Poster damaged

Parcel chucked over gate and it rained. Poster was not protected in a tube so it was soaked as it rained. Emailed the company but no answer. I am left with a soggy box and a damaged poster.

I gave only 2 stars as the box my order arrived in was damaged badly as it was far too big and did not have enought protective packaging. Fortunately some how my order was not damaged .

My item has still not been delivered

My item has still not been delivered. Ordered on 29th June, tracking says it’s with Evri and has been since last Friday. I’m not sure if it’s ever going to be delivered!

Quality of the product is bad. What you see on the pictures is far from the reality, at least with the canvases. Not worth it. They have good customer service though.
