The pictures I wanted printed came out so good. However the frames are very flimsy any the plastic front kept bending and going through the frame whilst I was trying to put my picture in and tighten the fastenings. I ended up having to hold the frames and the Plastic in the middle when I was putting the picture up on the wall, otherwise it was just falling out the front. Even mow it’s up on the wall I can see the plastic starting to fall out again.

Prints were really nice, and as shown on the website. The delivery time ( about 10 days) was ok considering the prints were coming from the EU. They were very well packaged. I’ve knocked one star off as I was expecting the frames to be of better quality considering the price. I would use them again, but next time without the frames.

Ordering online was very simple. Had a good deal while placing the order but they always do anyway. Had a good variety photos but it would be nice to see a bit more cultural ones.

Parcel arrived with outer package open one end and inner wrapping damaged due to Insufficient taping to exterior. Fortunately artwork was just about intact!

Prints arrived in perfect order. Delivery time was as predicted. Love what I choose, very much as shown on the website and would use this company again.

The product itself was ok but not sure it was worth the money paid. Also one of the frames (plastic front) had slight damage/mark on it.

Fully informed, quick dispatch. Had a small issue with the picture I ordered and it was rectified very quickly.

No issues with ordering and delivery. The print had a crease in it but isn’t noticeable now it’s on wall.

A little pricey for prints even though reduced a little. Price of postage high too.
