I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Save your money and time

I bought a poster for around £25 including postage. I should have known it was a red flag when I saw their choice courier was Evri. Anyway I went ahead and lo and behold the carboard box arrived, opened on all sides and was dirty inside. Weirdly for a poster shop, the poster did not arrive in a sealed cardboard tube rolled up (which has always been my experience of buying posters). Instead, inside the carboard box it was a folded piece of paper (and was dirty). The poster was not normal poster material but a thick card. Anyway it's no good because full of creases because it arrived folded and not rolled up. I have given Desenio two stars and not one because they kindly gave me a full refund but it's a shame because I really liked the poster and would have preferred this not to happen. I sadly won't buy from them in the future unless they take this feedback on board and use proper packaging and proper poster material in the future.

I am so disappointed with this service. when I recieved my framed poster the frame was damaged and the poster doesn't look good in the framed. I paid almost £100 for this service which is a lot of money for me.i tried to contact DESENIO on several occasions through the website and still have heard nothing. I have had to contact PayPal.

Have ordered from them before and always been fine. My last order took longer than expected and the order I recently placed hasn’t arrived at all! I have finally been told I will have a refund . Such a shame as their products are lovely but don’t trust them anymore sadly

We had faulty frame sent and a creased poster etc . Have tried to send them an email detailing this but it does not show up as sent and I can't get through to them .Disappointed as previously we have been pleased with the products . We do not want a refund just a replacement for damaged items . Also we signed up to get 30% discount on posters but discount did not come off order . Annoyingly the next day if we had placed ordered then we would have saved £14 aprox .

Badly creased picture

Upon delivery of my package I was concerned to see that the cardboard envelope containing my picture was quite badly creased in several places. I hoped that the picture inside was OK, but it had matching creases. The envelope was pretty lightweight and had clearly been mishandled during transit, but I think if sturdier packaging had been used, like a postal tube, then it would probably have arrived intact.

Two of the posters arrived damaged. They are A1 size and had creases across them. The packaging they arrived in was not very sturdy given the fragile nature of the posters. I emailed Desenio straight away with pictures and after 5 days I’ve still not had a response.

Quality was like a standard printer. For £30 print (50x70cm) I expected a much better print. It came on what looked like standard paper and was not high res at all. I would have sent it back but made the mistake of not reading the terms before ordering. £10 fee for returning (not sure why) and you have to return it to Sweden. Wouldn’t order again.

Same print on Aliexpress

Delivery was quick and I anticipated it would take slightly longer as it was shipped from Germany. Communication was clear on delivery. However, I recently saw the same print which I purchased on AliExpress for a fraction of the price,which I wasn't happy about. Not sure how ethical this is.Messaged on IG but not had a reply yet.

The last 3 orders I have made have either came damaged or have had missing items. In total I have had 2 frames arrive damaged and 2 missing prints. One of which I have been waiting over a week for a response in order for the correct one to be posted out to me.

I gave only 2 stars as the box my order arrived in was damaged badly as it was far too big and did not have enought protective packaging. Fortunately some how my order was not damaged .
