Really bad customer service. Almost didn’t get the item. Will not be buying from again.

Delivered well package and the prints were as advertised. Black frames were a bit cheap and not fitted well in corners

All the pictures and Frames are of a good quality and the deal at the moment is really good I think that the customer service is very helpful when it comes to the difference between CM and Inches is made clear. The canvas are also good. I would recommend DESENIO to all.

Ordered from Desenio before and very happy with prints as they delivered flat in a well packaged box. This time they were loosely rolled into a cuboid box which was flattened in transit so my prints now have 3 crease marks all the way across which are still visible in the frame. Very disappointed this time and probably won’t order again

Brilliant choice and service

I initially bought the wrong print and they responded immediately to my email, cancelling the original order. When I re-ordered the prints arrived quickly and were excellent quality.

I loved the print that I purchased but unfortunately when I collected it the package was dented and squashed so the print was creased so I had to try to flatten it down myself. Previous purchases have always arrived in a tube which is much better.
